I love going to this place for pre made meals. They’re way better than factor meals and taste better. They have a bigger variety of food options. You can also pick it up the same day.

Such delicious meals! Everything is balanced and proportioned with lots of protein. Gluten free and healthy without sacrificing any flavor. I look forward to eating these meals weekly. They’re frozen and can be kept for 12 months. When thawed, you have many options to reheat and eat. I can take it out of the freezer and take it to work with me and it’ll thaw out and I can air fry it, put it in the oven, or microwave it.
