Such delicious meals! Everything is balanced and proportioned with lots of protein. Gluten free and healthy without sacrificing any flavor. I look forward to eating these meals weekly. They’re frozen and can be kept for 12 months. When thawed, you have many options to reheat and eat. I can take it out of the freezer and take it to work with me and it’ll thaw out and I can air fry it, put it in the oven, or microwave it. SO convenient and super cheap for a person...
Great store for meal prep ! Customer service is great and the food is delicious. I forgot to pick up an order and they refunded me the money without even having to go through any trouble. Highly recommend
