As always, we enjoyed another delicious meal at Mare Monte. We started with the special burrata appetizer served over mixed greens, roasted peppers, candied walnuts & a balsamic drizzle. It was excellent! My husband then went with our favorite pasta dish, Pappardelle Bolognese, which did not disappoint. I had the Squid Ink Linguine served with 4 jumbo shrimp in a spicy Diavolo sauce. It was scrumptious. Service was excellent. The only negative of the evening was the main dishes...
Awesome place. Spacious room, friendly,attentive servers (Mindy was fabulous) and delicious food. Lots of variety on the menu plus appetizer,pasta,meat and seafood specials. We went with the shrimp mango salsa,grilled cheese,fried gnocchi and the arugula watermelon salad for appetizers/ the salmon special with shrimp and veggies and then the pork loin special- both in the most flavorful sauces and their homemade pappardelle bolognese. Dessert was delicious tiramisu and cappuccino....
We had a wonderful dinner at Mare Monte. We were 3 couples and every person in the party enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and the food. If you haven't tried dining here yet, it's a must do. You won't be disappointed.
