Employees are incompetent. They are busy doing nothing, but talking. Can't even make coffee and drinks. Honestly pathetic

Yesterday, I ordered a bagel and some hot chocolate. It was reasonably busy, so I tried to be patient, but it took them only a few minutes to make the bagel but close to 20 to make the drink. By the time it was ready, the bagel had gone cold and the butter had melted. Very unpleasant.

I try and stop in here for a drink before a weekly appointment and the cashier is so slow that I just had to walk out because I stood at the counter waiting for her for 5 minutes. What used to be a warm, welcoming Starbucks has turned into a cold cafe with barely any employees. Will definitely always take the longer walk down to Saxby’s from now on.

Over the past 3 years, they have had the kindest staff members of all the local Starbucks locations. Drinks are great, vibe is awesome, and the people there are aways happy.

My go-to spot!
I come here all the time and they never miss. Super fast service, friendly baristas, and my order is always right. Whether I’m grabbing coffee on the run or staying for a few minutes to get work done, it’s consistently a smooth experience.

Wouldnt let me order tap water without making a purchase and said it was their policy. Silly & petty of the company but more petty of the employee who really exercised that with barely any other customers in the store on a 100degree day. The employee could have even suggested would you like to add a flavor or fruit? But no, she had horrible customer service. It’s possible that Starbucks as a company does not care about people and is solely about making money but this location really showed their true colors.

Been here about 5 times, different times of the day more so around 6-7pm ish… can’t get coffee, either machine is down or “being cleaned”. Wouldn’t review if this was a sometime thing but I’m beginning to think it’s not coincidence…I knew it was coming when we walked in and the worker did not ask me what we would like
Edit: seems like a recent review tonight had a similar customer service experience.. I get it, no one wants to work on a Friday night, but it’s clear there is a customer service issue problem here. I won’t be back as well

Stopped by tonight to order a beverage and sit down for some minutes. Put down my laptop and was getting ready to screen lock it when an employee rushed his way over to me and told me that I had to leave because I hadn't ordered anything yet. I had not been in the cafe for long and was in the process of ordering. I decided to go to the register instead of place the order on my mobile app, so that they could see me ordering the beverage in person... and both employees refused to even speak to me, and walked away from the register. I did not do anything wrong, and did not say anything other than attempting to place an order. I am a grown man and have never been kicked out of a cafe or restaurant before.
I have given thousands of dollars to this location in the past. However, I won't be back. I was not offered any app stars for my experience, or informed that the employee would receive performance correction training. In short, all I can conclude is that ownership/management does not care about its customers.
I have never had a problem here, but Starbucks is greedy. The demand that you must now make a purchase in order to get a cup of ice, let alone water, in 90ºs heat is appalling.
