I had such an incredible experience with this Jersey Mike’s location! I placed an order for two giant gluten-free subs for a party. When my husband picked up the order and brought it home, we realized we’d accidentally been given two small subs instead.

We called the store, and they immediately apologized and offered to remake the order. The problem was that we were in the middle of hosting a party and couldn’t find anyone to make...

Ordered online for delivery. Door Dash messed up and delivered to wrong house who refused to give it back. I called the store and the manager made good on it. He personally delivered my sandwiches and gave me a coupon for future order. He also threw in dessert! Great customer Service and management!

They have good flavor and ok but very expensive. Probably like $15 for a sub. Its hard to get a good sub down south , so I can see why people go there. But in New Jersey we have so many good sub shops, I just dont really go here.
