Hidden gem of a restaurant-Came to this area of NJ visiting Crystal spring resort and found Blue spice kitchen and decided to try it out with my wife.First impressions walking in - amazing decor, love the interior design. Atmosphere was warm and cozy. Everything was clean.The waitress (Kierra - sorry if got the name wrong) - she was very delightful. Extremely friendly and had a positive fun personality.We ordered the volcanoe kimchi fried rice and bulgoghi with rice. Very good dishes. Taste was spot on. Taste similar to if I was in south korea.Prices are fair, great service, tasty food.Definitely would recommend
This spot is a hidden gem in Hardyston! Everything we ordered was delicious. My only complaints are that the drinks are quite sugary and they don't offer kimchi as a free banchan..otherwise the staff and food were fantastic! We'll be back. :)
Fantastic gem in NJ. One of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. The smoked duck was perfectly cooked and stayed flavorful and moist accompanied by a delicious wasabi cream that was not too overpowering. We also enjoyed the dumplings and each flavor was packed with flavor and paired with a perfect scallion dipping sauce. The Bulgogi was spot on perfect, the meat was tender and it was super flavorful with some perfectly cooked rice and pickled vegetables. We also enjoyed the layer mousse cake which was a great way to finish our night out. Finally, the staff was perfect, everyone was friendly, they paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend, Blue Spice is definitely worth a visit!

I had dinner here about a week ago,The food was terrible, I had shrimp and rice, shrimp was raw, they cook the egg in front of you, where the rice is very mushy & taste awful, the drinks are good and staff is nice, but my advice is don’t eat here, the people that say the food is good have no idea what good is.

Highly recommend. Great choices and everything was good. We got dumplings (one of each) and the Bao buns (one of each)- I love having that option to try them all. We also got the glass noodles.The table next to us got Market Ramyun and Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice, both looked really good. I’d like to try those next time. For drinks we got the Royal Pear Cinnamon ( served hot) Delicious and POM My Valentine(tasty but too sweet, TBH). Portions are generous and service was friendly and attentive.

The food itself is incredible. Best duck I've ever had. Cooked flawlessly. All the dishes were cooked perfectly, good size portions as well. Service was excellent. The place itself was clean and neat. Can't wait to go back.

Best food I've had in a while, and I am super picky! I'm surprised to find such good Asian food near a ski mountain, and BYOB is a plus. Service was quick and efficient, and I had the most scrumptious meal after a day of skiing. You won't regret coming here!
