“Hidden gem of a restaurant-Came to this area of NJ visiting Crystal spring resort and found Blue spice kitchen and decided to try it out with my wife.First impressions walking in - amazing decor, love the interior design. Atmosphere was warm and cozy. Everything was clean.The waitress (Kierra - sorry if got the name wrong) - she was very delightful. Extremely friendly and had a positive fun personality.We ordered the volcanoe kimchi fried rice and bulgoghi with rice. Very good dishes. Taste was spot on. Taste similar to if I was in south korea.Prices are fair, great service, tasty food.Definitely would recommend”

“Had this place for the first time today. Drove only 15 minutes to it. Honestly, was greatly surprised by how great it was. Had chicken and waffles with a side of French fries. It was very good and extremely affordable. It’s exactly like home-style breakfast and will most definitely be coming here again”

“We went to Latour for our anniversary. Got a packaged deal with a 1 night stay at Minerals because we could only stay one night. The package included a credit for the 7 course dinner and wine pairing. Nothing bad to say about Latour. The chef made accommodations for myself because I'm allergic to shell fish and my spouse for not eating beef or pork and still keep it pretty close to the menu. The only dish that couldn't be altered was the pork because its portions are split between two people but that didn't bother me, the Chef substituted Oxtail me and Tortellini for my spouse, which were both on the 3 course menu. Trevor the sommelier, made adjustments with the wine pairing toatch the food and was awesome as was Blake and the rest of the wait staff. Definitely will be going back to do another 7 course dinner in the future.Dietary restrictions: Shellfish, pork, beef”

“Thank you so much for letting us host our event at your venue . It was my first Women's International Empowerment Event, and this venue was amazing with everything. They were very accommodating, and whatever I needed, I received it. Everyone had a lovely time. The food was very delicious, everyone enjoyed the food. I can't thank you enough. “I'm happy to see that this place has a new owner. They just reopened so the deli still looks like the old one however it is very clean sanitized and has a completely different energy. I look forward to seeing them renovate the whole place and bring in new products.”

“We had a fantastic time with friends. Hanging by the pool in the biosphere and having drinks and delicious pizza. It was such a nice night in the warm pool with tropical surroundings. It felt like a little vacation. The lifeguards were so friendly and welcoming that we couldn’t tell if they were at all bothered by our silly shenanigans. Would definitely do it again!”

“Driving up to the clubhouse you can see that the course is a links type course. It is an impressive layout! I went on a Monday morning and it didn't have a ton of people. This is an awesome course with very nice people running it. It was $95 for 18 holes plus a cart on a weekday which isn't bad. This is rated as one of the best public courses in NJ and I would whole heartedly agree. It is a challenging course too with a lot of hills and tough pin locations. Make sure to bring extra balls because you will definitely lose a bunch. I will definitely be back. 5 stars all the way.”

“Colleen and Katie did a spectacular job for my daughter's 10 birthday. All 16 kids learned how to decorate their own take home cakes that looked very impressive. We had kids from 9-18 years old and she kept things moving while they each got to go at their own pace. The cakes we very delicious and really a work of art. Katie went out of her way to make a special pull apart cake made into an elephant following the theme without me asking or even knowing, a complete surprise and nice touch. Perfect place for a 10 year old girl to have a birthday party. Thank you Cupcake Cafe”

“Got a plain pie on a wednesday night during dinner rush. Wait time was about 50 minutes but was worth the wait. Great flavor, was hot, and only $12. With the price of pies sometimes reaching 20+ you cant go wrong. Again worth the wait!”

“I was brought to springs bistro for my birthday. Dinner was delicious I had the branzino which was cooked perfectly., apps of Brussels sprouts also very good.. Cocktails were good. Our server was Troy and he was great! And to my surprise chef Lorenzo brought out an in house homemade tiramisu which was so creamy and not over done with lady fingers.. it was a great experience.”

“Super convenient, quick, friendly, affordable.I go often after I'm stuck in traffic and my commute home winds up being nearly 2 hours so I don't feel like cooking.The fried wontons are the best.Most of the menu items are what you'd expect and that fine, expectations met isn't a bad thingI love dumplings, and I've orders them probably more than any other item over the last 4 decades.... unfortunately the dumplings here are not so good. They're too dense and doughy.Actually tasted better refried when I had them as leftovers.”
