Cozy lodge type atmosphere with beautiful views of the valley. Food was fantastic. We had the homemade bucatini with beef ragu. Yummmm. The grilled octopus was spicy and came over an arugula salad with a hint of acid from the vinegar in the dressing so delish.
My friend and I visit Crystal Springs a few times a year for a girls' getaway, and this trip was especially memorable thanks to the incredible staff. We especially appreciate the staff at Crystal Tavern.
