The food was absolutely authentic and delicious. I couldn’t be more happy about finding this gem of a restaurant. The food is comparable to nyc quality! Only wish we lived closer, totally worth the drive and can’t wait to go back. The service was also excellent! They were also very accommodating to dietary needs and substitutions. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic thai.

Drove 15 minutes because I was craving for Thai food. Pick up a take out Penang beef and pad thai and ice coffee. Didn’t get my ice coffee after I ask, is everything in the bag. It’s was a Saturday morning so I just gave up. It’s not worth driving back another 15 minutes. Tips jar from me.

I haven't dined here in several years due to a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, my latest visit has solidified my decision to discontinue patronage. I ordered green curry for $13.00 and requested the addition of shrimp, which previously included 4-5 jumbo shrimp. This time, the dish contained 5 small shrimp for an additional $8.00. The serving size was also inadequate, with barely 5 tablespoons of rice. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years for lunch and dinner consistently every month multiple times. Last night we had takeout and got drunken noodles with chicken. The food was excellent, but I did notice that there was not much chicken in it at all compared to the past few orders. There was a lot more noodles and very sad that they’re starting to try and add more noodles instead of chicken without anybody noticing. I really do hope that they recognize this Before they start losing business!!!

This is hard, because when their food is made correctly it is DELICIOUS! However, the two star rating comes from the ratio of how many times I’ve ordered their food, and how many times I’ve been able to actually eat it. The two times it was made as ordered, it was incredible. However, the other three times, the spice was inedible. I always order No Spice as I have a condition that cannot take a lot of spice. Three times it came with extra hot red spicy sauce on top. I’ve had it made right twice, so it’s not supposed to have this sauce added to it. I’ve wasted at least $70 on food I couldn’t eat once it was delivered. I’d eat here all the time, but I can’t trust any deliveries from them. So sad. Please get ur kitchen together, it’s the fastest way to kill your loyal base!
Dietary restrictions: I would not trust they will pay close attention dietary restrictions. They don’t pay any attention to the basic spice level, so I’d be very concerned if I had an allergy of some sort.

Gem of a Thai place. Lunch specials start at 12 bucks and comes with soup or salad. Tom yum soup is a must and the green curry is amazing. I can’t wait to try the other entrees. If you golf at Great Gorge or the Crystal Springs courses stop by before or after your round. The staff is extremely friendly for icing on the cake.

As others have mentioned from recent reviews, the dining experience here has gone down hill unfortunatley. Only a couple of tables when we entered, took forever for our appetizer, then after sipping 2 wines, still no food ? I can usually tell if by the end of my 2nd glass and still no entree, be prepared to wait. Also as others have mentioned, many tables came in after us that managed to get their food before us. I believe they are also fulfilling take out orders as a priority in the kitchen as compared to the actual diners in the restaurant. The food was ok, the appetizer was fine , my husband did enjoy his entree, my entree was forgetful and bland. We have enjoyed in the past many fine meals here and would be willing to give it another chance, but waiting forever for your food is a mood kill.....Too many other restaurant choices around to frequent for a better dinng experience.

There was even a party who showed up 45 minutes after us who got their food within 30 minutes. They were leaving the restaurant even before we got our food.
The atmosphere of the restaurant has always been great, but the food was subpar at best. Not what I’m used to having from this establishment. My food tasted burnt, and was cold but had 2 pieces of scalding hot chicken in it. The rest of my party that was there recieved cold items as well.
Cmon guys, this isn’t the first time we have had service like this, waiting over an hour and a half for food, let alone we didn’t even get asked if we wanted refills or how everything was almost like they were embarrassed on the kitchens performance.
I never write reviews, I feel like they don’t do anything positive but after last nights service I had to write this.
Get it together, please. You used to have great food and excellent service.

I don't know what happened to this place. Cravin Thai has been a family favorite for YEARS, but the last two times we went, it was such a disappointing experience. I understand everything is made to order, but we waited almost 2 hours to get our meal. The service was not great. The servers were very kind and friendly, just slow and would disappear for a long time. The food was extremely salty, two of our party couldn't even eat their meal. Maybe it was an off night, but I don't think we will be returning any time soon.

Not sure what's happened but this place has gone downhill in the past few years. I keep giving it more chances but last night's visit will be my last. Took almost 1.5 hours to get our food. The soup, as we ordered as a starter, came out with the food, only after I asked where was it. It was brought to us lukewarm and so salty it was unedible. I informed the server of it who took it away and asked if we wanted them to make us another one. We said no as we already had our food. Was surprised to see the soup on our check and asked the server to remove it which she did. I also inquired if there's been a change in the kitchen as the quality food really has declined. This used to be a fabulous place but one shouldn't have to wait 1.5 hours to get food that was subpar. The servers were 3 young girls and they seemed overwhelmed with 5 tables. Guest that came in after us were served their meals before us. They never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything after our food was given to us. As a local who frequented this place, I'm sad at the decline of service and quality. I hope they get it back together both in front of the house but especially the kitchen.

We have lived in the area for many years and finally tried Cravin Thai. It was a warm Saturday night, and the place was really, really hot. The drinks are good, but pricey. Food was good and the service was great.
