Last night, I ordered two pizzas, wings, and parmesan bread bites for delivery about an hour before closing. As the delivery driver was heading to our address, the order was suddenly marked completed despite the fact that the driver was still pretty far away. The driver never attempted to contact us and the food was never delivered. By the time this happened, the store had already closed.

Thankfully, Uber Eats refunded the order, but only after I had to spend time and energy explaining the situation multiple times. I can only assume that the driver stole my food. And based upon many of the reviews I've been reading, that doesn't seem far-fetched. Avoid this store!

If you have a bacon allergy or are religious and can not consume bacon/pork I would think twice before ordering pizza from here.
I ordered 6 pizzas, all vegetarian due to my (and families) allergies, I order all the time and never had an issue until now when I bit into my mushroom pizza and a big chunk of bacon/pork filled my mouth. I spit it out and washed my mouth hoping that it was a mistake but no, the next slice had another chunk of bacon/pork hidden under the cheese.
I called the store and was met by an employee that to no surprise did not care at all, he couldn’t have cared less if he tried. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just tons of silence and mumbling.
This felt deliberate.
I hope and expect to hear back from management but I won’t hold my breath.
Another uncaring and unprofessional food establishment I will not be spending my money on.

I have always order from here until today that we had a bad experience. So I ordered online an xl pepperoni pizza, 16 pieces of bone in mango habanero wings and 8 pcs of the Parmesan wings, it was a carry out so my husband picked up the other. When he arrived we noticed that they didn’t give him the wings that we ordered, they sent boneless wings and all of them were the same; just the pizza was right, so we decided to go and change the order since it was their mistake. When my husband got there the manager said that she couldn’t do nothing, she said the only way to get a refund was if he brings the pizza that my kids already ate, she was laughing and unwilling to help, she was rude and nasty. I called the store and talked to her and I suggested that I can buy the same pizza again and return it as the one that we didn’t have at that moment but she said that it didn’t have any sense to do that, what I agreed because it was a simple problem that could be solved easily but she didn’t want to. When I was on my way to the store she said to my husband that she was going to do the refund just because she wanted him to leave. By the time that I arrived to the store she was doing the refund and the explanation that she gave me was that they ran out of bone in wings and that is why they sent those. I said that she should have cancelled the order and not just change what I ordered. She was being rude and had zero empathy or respect for us as customers. She cancelled the order and I paid for the pizza but she charged me more than what I paid online, I just paid because I wanted to get out of there.

I called and placed a to go order....1rst the person on the phone tells me there's only 1 driver and it would 2 hours 2 deliver...after I said ok no problem....I guess the person on the phone wasn't expecting that....he said my driver doesn't deliver 2 ur area....I just want 2 b clear...my area is exactly 4min away...guess it's 2 far....it's really pathetic that the people that get hired for this job...u have 1 job...pick up the phone and please take an order ...it's just sad that a reputable company such as dominos gets this kind of feed back because of its employees...ur open till midnight....I called at 10:30pm...and I'm exactly 4min away...ur gona tell me that u can't deliver 2 me....I'm gona call corporate and anyone else I can....there's 1 thing 2 make a mistake...... VS blatantly lie...it's really sad

Do not order delivery from this Domino’s. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve ordered from the Domino’s app and they marked it as delivered and I still had not gotten my food !!! I live 10 minutes from this Dominos. I really should have learned my lesson by now. When I call the manager to discuss this, he lets me know that the app is not accurate , and I cannot rely on it!!! REALLY!!!! I ordered 3 orders of breadsticks at 7:12 PM and did not get them until 10:34 pm and it was a TUESDAY!!!!!! On top of that, I did not get my refund. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. This is the worst place to order food to be delivered. It’s not organized. They don’t have enough staff. Dominos food is great but to save yourself frustration please please please please please pick up your order or you will be as frustrated as I was.

Waited an hr, then called 7 times only to be hung up on the first 4 times, then put on hold for the next 2 times for combined 15min only to be told the driver is a min away and wait another 5 min till I cancelled order. 3 times in a row that they have been over a half hr. This last one was over an hr and 20 min before cancelling!!!

Don't eat at dominos in Hamburg NJ they told me there card reader was broken so they had to do the card manually then proceeded to charge me more then double when I called to get the extra money they charged back the girl answers says she's the manager starts screaming at me tries to say I tipped when it was takeout so I wouldn't of tipped and doing it manually didn't give me the option to even put a tip she just decided to more then double what it cost on her own then hangs up on me do t eat her it's a nightmare if lowlife drug addicts that work there
