My daughters and I went there because we were having a rough day and wanted to just get out of the house and what a great experience we had .Our waiter Reise was super funny, had such great positive energy that transmitted to us. Our food came out fast and tasted great ! We left out of there smiling and happy with the food and service. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of having great customer service , giving the customer something beyond a service is anlso anbout the experience they receive and Reise def had that down ! My 12 year old said wow mom he is the best waiter we ever had and we eat out a lot and have had some pretty bad services before.. We never know what someone is going through so is important to always show kindness.. thank you Reise for going beyond your job and showing my girls and I kindness and positive energy and even words of encouragement..Keep being a light the right people will value that we sure did 🫶🏼

Sometimes customer service is great and sometimes they offer you the check 90 times after you've only had an appetizer they have renovated and it looks nice a little training for the employees might make it better,,,, sad part this is my neighborhood Applebee's I live around the corner it's our go to when we dont feel like cooking

I took my grands with for a late lunch. My grandson loved watching all the T.V.'s My kids enjoyed the meal, but they are getting older and need more to eat. The kids meals are a bit childish/skimpy. A nice atmosphere. We there enough with no waiting. We probably won't come back. I need more food for my growing grands.

I am very pleased every time I’ve come here in the last few months. We get seated right away and the food comes out pretty quickly. However, the five stars really goes for the people that work there. They are so friendly which is saying much now a days in the restaurant industry. They have a great attitude, very respectful and just seem to enjoy working together. I wanted to take a moment and rate and review our dinner dining experience last night. Our server, Eric, was awesome! I was with my 15 yr old daughter and she couldn’t state enough how nice he was! Being a chef and owning my own business, I don’t eat out often, only when my kid wants to go out. For the record, before we went to this place we had walked out of a restaurant due to the lack of service! Eric saved our dinner expectations, a lot of servers are unappreciated! Not so last nice and the guy deserves this “shout out “. Food was really good and I could watch the Duke/N Carolina game. Win win! Although it was drafty and a bit chilly it was an overall great experience at your restaurant! Thank you Eric!
