“I got married here on 10.06.24 and they did a fantastic job. They were so supportive throughout planning and made the entire process a breeze. They do all of the set up and take down and packed up all of my belongings the same way I brought it in. They decorated everything beautifully and provided a lot of their own decor as well. The food was FANTASTIC and service was incredible. They were very dog friendly and allowed our pup to be there for all our photos and the ceremony. All my guests had a wonderful time and it was truly a perfect day thanks to the staff and all their hard work.”

“My husband and I had dinner at the Yardville Inn Restaurant & Tavern to celebrate his birthday. It was our first time at the Yardville Inn. We walked in around 5pm on a Saturday evening and were pleasantly surprised that few tables were occupied on the restaurant side of the establishment. We were immediately greeted by our server, Megan, who seated us and immediately took our drink order. I ordered a Kamikaze but there was some confusion and I was served a Cosmopolitan instead. I didn't even have a chance to say anything about the mix-up because the bartender (blonde haired woman whose name I didn't catch) came to our table to ask how I liked the martini. I explained that I had ordered a Kamikaze and she immediately took the Cosmo and came back a few minutes later with a Kamikaze which was perfectly made. Just 2 of those and I was feeling a bit tipsy.?

For our appetizer, we shared an order of fried calamari which was lightly battered and fried, sautéed with hot peppers and served with a side of Marinara sauce. The portion was very generous and too much for the 2 of us to finish! I loved their use of hot pepper with the calamari. It wasn't overwhelming but gave it just enough "kick".

For dinner, I ordered the Chicken Italiano (roasted red peppers & spinach in a garlic white wine sauce with mozzarella over penne pasta) which was delicious and served as a large portion! My husband had the Yardville Chicken sautéed with asparagus and lump crabmeat in a brandy cream sauce over angel hair pasta.

We couldn't finish our meals. In fact, we barely ate half of what was on our dinner plates. We took the leftovers home and our sons, age 18 & 20, had it for their dinner. Both said the food was delicious! We didn't have room for dessert, but hopefully we will get to try it the next time around.

I would definitely recommend the Yardville Inn Restaurant & Tavern to anyone looking to eat a good meal or have a few drinks at a historic establishment with great service! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Cost...reasonably priced dinner and drinks. Kamikaze cocktails were $12 each. The bill came to $98 which covered 2 chicken entrées (came with soup or salad), 1 appetizer (fried calamari), 2 cocktails, 1 Shirley Temple, & 1 Pepsi. Not bad for a birthday dinner!?”

Food was the best i’ve had in months, from the complementary fluffy bread to desert, it was perfect and just the right portions. Food and drinks were delivered to the table promptly. Id say i’m a food enthusiast and am always trying new places. Traveled over an hour to try this place and i have no regrets. Will definitely be back! Id also like to point out that, in general, people will have great experiences and once they have one bad encounter that’s when they want to leave a review. People only leave reviews on places if they’ve had a blown out of the water experience or a terrible one, unless they religiously review everywhere they visit.”

Guy behind the counter was patient with us as we decided what to order. We ordered barbecued shrimp (8 pieces in the order) and salmon ( a nice sized portion). We also ordered a salad to share (nice sized portion). Food came quickly and we really enjoyed it. A server named Justice was in the dining room and was very attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed it and plan to return.”

“We went to this restaurant today. We arrived just 25 to 30 minutes before closing, yet they warmly welcomed us, took our order, and promptly served our food without any rush. Everything was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home.

The freshly baked naan was incredibly soft and flavorful, and the kabobs were juicy and bursting with spices. Even the rice had a unique flavor that was refreshing and perfectly complemented the meal. For just $23, the portion size was generous—truly an amazing value! I ordered directly from the store..The delivery came within 30 minutes and the lady I spoke to to make the order was very nice before that. I got some steamed chicken dishes with sauce on the side. I asked for brown rice instead of white rice and it was only a dollar per serving. I also got pork with snow peas and it came perfectly beautifully steamed even though i didn't specify that but it's exactly how I like it. Also lo mein as well. All of this with delivery fee and tip totalled about 60 or $65. And the food tastes just great. I am so happy I ordered from them and this is the second time I did so and had forgotten about them for a while. I rate this as the best Chinese delivery food in the area.

“I was in the area and decided to give this deli shop a try. I went for a whole Italian it came out to $12.53. The lady taking my order was very pleasant l. Surprisingly the sub came out pretty quick less than 5 minutes after I ordered it no exaggeration. There is ample parking and they have literally every chip and drink you can think of to go along with your sandwich. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions etc were very fresh. I would give a try again when in the area I would recommend to give it a try.”

One got the Greek salad and loved it. This is a great place for kids since they can choose their own ingredients. The sauce/dressing for each dish is enough for us but I did order extra on the side just in case on my first visit. If you like saucy, get extra sauce. All ingredients were fresh and balanced in each dish. We ordered for pick up and the order was ready pretty quickly on a Friday night. The strawberry guava lemonade is a delicious way way to wash it all down, too. This is now a go-to restaurant for us.”
