Disappointed with bar service. Definitely need major improvement there. I could have made my own much better.

Another drink ordered - nobody knows what was made but it tasted like apple juice.

Overall, the flavor spectacular. The sweet and spicy combination was delicious. Just enough heat. The size of the crabs were questionable. They were very small!! Like I wouldn't have sold them...small.

Next time I'm in town I'll give them another try because the flavor won me over.“

“Not sure why recent reviews have been negative because i have nothing but great things to say about this place! I work in the restaurant industry and think they’ve done a phenomenal job. Service was great, very attentive and informative. Atmosphere was relaxing- not chaotic and peaceful. Food was the best i’ve had in months, from the complementary fluffy bread to desert, it was perfect and just the right portions. Food and drinks were delivered to the table promptly. Id say i’m a food enthusiast and am always trying new places. Traveled over an hour to try this place and i have no regrets. Will definitely be back! Id also like to point out that, in general, people will have great experiences and once they have one bad encounter that’s when they want to leave a review. People only leave reviews on places if they’ve had a blown out of the water experience or a terrible one, unless they religiously review everywhere they visit.“

I don't have much more experience with this spot but I liked that there are a couple tables outfront, they had the game on inside for entertainment and there is a post mailbox out front. Great excuse to go mail those holiday cards.“

“Escape Lounge took over from the Candlelight Lounge and has restarted the Saturday jazz concerts that made the Candlelight such an amazing place. Sets start at 4PM. Parking is available next to the Lounge. They have a full drink menu and also snacks. Service was attentive. The vibe is friendly and upbeat, just like it predecessor. Definitely worth a visit!“

“I shoot pool for APA and sometimes we have matches here I personally love going there they are friendly and fun people to drink with they only have one pool table but they have a DJ that plays music and on Sunday's they have $2.00 shots. people think that just because it's by the Trenton Police station that its not in a great area but the patrons that go there are wonderful people that i always look forward to seeing“

“When I went, they had their grand opening the Sunday before. Not going to lie, was planning on going to Amici's for my birthday dinner. My dad and I decided to stay. The waitress was super nice and welcoming! The chef came out to great us as well. My dad and I ordered the fried calamari, it was light and crisp. I was never a fan of heavily breaded calamari and it had an extra bite to it as well. My dad ordered shrimp scampi and I ordered their penne vodka with chicken. They were so delicious! I had to stop myself from finishing because I wanted to have it for another day! The drinks were good as well. The chef told us about his paella and showed us a picture of the mounds of seafood in it, so we will definitely be back for that! Highly recommend!“
