“This bar has become one of my favorite places to visit, and a big reason for that is the bartender with the purple hair. From the moment you walk in, she creates an atmosphere that is welcoming, engaging, and genuinely fun. She has an incredible ability to connect with customers, remember faces, make recommendations, and keep conversations flowing while still providing excellent service.
Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, she goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome. She’s knowledgeable about the food and drink menu, offers great suggestions, and always seems willing to share the history and personality of the establishment with new guests. Her energy is contagious and adds something special that you simply can’t teach.
The food is excellent, the drinks are great, and the atmosphere is exactly what you hope for when looking for a local spot to relax and enjoy yourself. What keeps me coming back, however, is the experience—and she is a huge part of that experience. Not every customer will connect with every personality, but hospitality isn’t about pleasing everyone all the time. It’s about creating an authentic, memorable environment, and she absolutely does that.
If you’re looking for a place with great food, great drinks, and people who make you feel like you’re among friends, this is the place. The bartender with the purple hair is one of the reasons this establishment stands out, and she’s a tremendous asset to the business.“

“Recently went there with a group of 8 guys. The bartender (Princess) Diana was phenomenal! She couldn't do enough for us. Extremely energetic, nice and accommodating. Food was delicious (garlic parm wings, honey hot wings, fries and mini panzerattis). Snuck a piece of my buddies cheesesteak and I'm glad I did! Highly recommend Gleasons.“

“One of Pennington’s hidden gems! This adorable place may be located in a shopping center but don’t worry about that! The atmosphere is just perfect inside! The staff is friendly and inviting! Jen is amazing! The food is delicious and the drinks are just perfect! The spritzes are my favorite but there is something for everyone! Don’t miss out on the meat and cheese boards! They are a must try! Perfect for a date, girls outing or just an afternoon out! Can’t wait to go back!!!“

“Amazing cocktails here! Always well crafted and unique. The menu seems to change seasonally. If you see the “Juliet & Romeo” and want something refreshing, floral and fruity but also complex and not too sweet, get it.
They also have a nice selection of board games, options for outdoor seating, and good flatbreads and fried shrimp.“

“I love this place. The cocktails are always consistently solid and served by attentive and engaging bartenders. Dad's Hat, of course, specializes in Pennsylvania Rye, but this tasting room offers so much more. In addition to their wide array of different ryes, they have a meticulously curated assortment of spirits and beers to craft a wide assortment of well crafted cocktails. Truly a great experience!“

“It was a great atmosphere and I ran into some people I haven't seen in a long time. I grew up across the street from that bar it still has the same owner. So many wonderful memories with great people I met. Peter's place will always be a special place to me with an amazing owner Mikey Peters.“
“Everything is good there. One thing though they need to change the hours of operation on the website Because it says 2am and I got there at 12:10am and was tight that it was closed.and no busses were running. Besides that it a great place to kick back and enjoy yourself.“

“Nice, clean hidden little gem with wonderful staff, excellent beer/cocktail/beverage menu, but the food menu might even be better! Lots & lots of choices, and generous portions, and high quality. Lots of entertainment, and friendly patrons. Debbie & I went for her 1st time ever, and she loved how "comfy" it made her feel (and she can be hard to please when it comes to local shot & beer places *lol*). A huge bonus is the menu prices are like they're stuck in the 80's. Your money will go far at this well kept secret gastro-pub. Good job Sadie's Irish Pub. “Taps Sports Bar is bar where all walks of life come in and enjoy a good drink (not watered down) and good company. No judgement of people, we are all here to have a couple drinks and BS with others. Most people who come in usually became a regular. I would recommend this bar for anyone that doesn’t want feel intimated and feel welcome. Also, the food is amazing! “Me and my husband order food from here all the time and it’s always been very very good , but I ordered from here yesterday and it wasn’t that good. Nothing tasted like it normally would have, I think they might have someone else cooking now which I hope this isn’t the case. Because my husband loves the steaks and wings and I love the lemon chicken and Chicken Caesars. I love how they finally got rid of the steak fries, two weeks ago I had these crinkle fries and they were so good and perfectly seasoned. The bartender Payton makes really good drinks as well. If you have never been there it’s a must“

“Haven't had the opportunity to try their food during the lunch or dinner hours. But I wanted to write a review based on the karaoke nights! The atmosphere is very loud and fun. It is very busy when students are on campus. But it's such a wonderful atmosphere to watch people sing and dance. I always enjoy the karaoke nights with my brother, DJ Trey does a wonderful job those nights! It's a good place to start when you want to try something new! Will continue to go and hopefully stop by for the food someday!“
