Pitchers of water were already on the tables, additional drink orders quickly taken, and food started to come quickly. “We held a birthday celebration for my Wife at the Vault in their private event room. We hosted over 50 guests and the room was perfect for a party of that size. Plenty of seating throughout, and the room was nice and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves and raved about the food! Last, but not least, Sarah and the entire staff at the Vault that took care of us for the 3 hour event were awesome! Helpful and attentive and making sure the experience for everyone was great. The service was good, but word of caution, they add an 18% tip to the total, which I thought was tax. I put my credit card in the book and tossed in a 20% cash tip. When she returned with the receipt for signature, thats when I realized the tip was already added and the cash was gone. Their 18% plus my 20% equaled $21.00 tip on on a $48.00 bill. I requested the server return the cash tip, which she did without issue.“
