From the start, it was a pleasure working with Glen who was always responsive and answered all our questions. On the day of the event, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our bartenders, Victor and Eric, went above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. The space was the perfect size for our party. We loved the cozy atmosphere and perfect location in the center of town!“

For many years, my wife and I have cherished the experience of walking into the listening room at John & Peter’s and being completely swept away by the talent on their small but mighty stage. The performances—whether original songs or thoughtfully chosen covers—are truly special. This is real local music at its finest.

When I say local, I mean musicians playing straight from the heart, purely for the love of the craft. These are soulful songs you don’t hear just anywhere, shared by artists whose only goal is to give their gift to the room. Yes, they’re paid—but never enough for what they give back to the audience.

Beyond the music, the food is consistently excellent. From snacks to burgers and everything in between, everything we’ve tried has been fresh and delicious. And for those looking to relax and enjoy the night even more, John & Peter’s also offers a full bar with a great selection of adult refreshments.

Another part of the magic is that you truly never know who might walk through those coolest-of-the-cool stage doors. Surprise appearances and unexpected moments are just part of what makes John & Peter’s so special.

“Taps Sports Bar is bar where all walks of life come in and enjoy a good drink (not watered down) and good company. No judgement of people, we are all here to have a couple drinks and BS with others. “Me and my husband order food from here all the time and it’s always been very very good , but I ordered from here yesterday and it wasn’t that good. Nothing tasted like it normally would have, I think they might have someone else cooking now which I hope this isn’t the case. Because my husband loves the steaks and wings and I love the lemon chicken and Chicken Caesars. I love how they finally got rid of the steak fries, two weeks ago I had these crinkle fries and they were so good and perfectly seasoned. The bartender Payton makes really good drinks as well. If you have never been there it’s a must“

“Sending out a big thank you to Wilson’s pub. It was my sisters 60th birthday party we were supposed to celebrate at another bar who promised to reserve tables to accommodate her family and friends 30 of us . When we arrived, they told us that they could not reserve all of the tables that they said earlier they would.. no apology no nothing. Needless to say we left that bar flooded Wilson’s with approximately 25 people. They gave us the whole side room. Drinks were great. We ordered food and I believe the cook brought it right out to us his self.. great bartenders great food ….they could not have been nicer or more accommodating would definitely recommend Wilson’s to anyone“

“Escape Lounge took over from the Candlelight Lounge and has restarted the Saturday jazz concerts that made the Candlelight such an amazing place. Sets start at 4PM. Parking is available next to the Lounge. They have a full drink menu and also snacks. Service was attentive. The vibe is friendly and upbeat, just like it predecessor. Definitely worth a visit!“
