Looking for a spot where you can have something to eat and enjoy historical feature in Yardley, PA? There is this restaurant that boast on its historical value. It was an underground railway passage. We went for a tour after our lunch where the hostess showed us where the underground passage was. Went here for the first time with friends who live in Yardley. The town is on the Delaware River and historical, as is the Tavern. It's worth just a trip to the town which is picture-esque. The menu is gastropub fare - wings, burgers, sandwiches and salads, plus ample drink selection. One person in our party is a vegetarian and they had no trouble with options.
