“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “Seems the management change is the impact, the to go orders are supplied with stale items and missing items on the order. Better choose alternatives. I have to wait for a long time as there is none at front desk to accommodate the to go order takeout.“

“This is definitely more of a takeout spot rather than a dine in restaurant, although they do have a handful of tables to dine in as well. The food is freshly homemade South Indian tiffins mostly along with some indo chinese and north indian curries. The quality is nice and tastes authentic. We got the Idli vada, mirchi bajji and a few indo chinese dishes. Definitely would go back for the reasonable prices.“

“I ate at Dvaraka tonight. Princeton’s newest Indian restaurant on Witherspoon. Fantastic spot with great service and even greater food. The staff was so friendly, they gave us an extra dessert.
