We had lunch here yesterday. This place is under new management and you can tell. The franchisee himself walks around and asks how everything is. We had a slight problem, but they fixed it AND MORE. The bar manager is super nice. They even made something they were out of, kind of. Best customer service experience I've ever had at a chain restaurant.
Very warm and welcoming the food was great service was excellent
Our date night at Outbacks was fantastic. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The service went above and beyond, and the manager, Shea, personally checked in with us, which made the experience feel special.
