This ,was much better back in 2009" etc' Since it's under different ownership the quality has gone down hill... And they don't have a' current menu' so you can actually see what your getting charged! Which only benefits them .... If you feel your being over charged you most definitely are... the cook speaks Spanish to the cashier lady when it comes down to the prices of the breakfast sandwichs etc... Which is extremely rude if you don't understand what they are talking about amongst themselves. PRICE Gouging is still a crime !!!

Not what it used to be. Bagels are not great, don't know how people say they are great bagels when they are not. Don't waste your time. Plenty of other places in the area. Also, 2 bagel sandwiches should not be almost $20.

Clean fast friendly service everything here is great the pizza is also great!! You must try thee home fries they are crisp and dont need ketchup I add some salt and pepper. Best homefries in NJ & I have been to many breakfast bagel shop diner etcetera that cook is actually a chef in my opinion and thee cafe is thee best in Hamilton anyways give Tinas Bagel Factory and Pizza a try

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, the food was good and plentiful. Sadly, our waiter was inept, possibly just starting his career. It's definitely worth trying for dinner.

The best bagels in the area been going for years never had a bad experience the only thing I wish and would suggest is for them to be available so we can do uber eats made the mistake of ordering from another bagel shop on Saturday just for delivery will never do this again it's worth the mile-and-a-half walk for a amazing bagel love you guys thank you
