“An excellent place, most of the workers are very friendly and smiling. Except for the cashier, she is Latina and has dyed hair. Blond. She is little Mable. Days are good and days are bad. You have to leave your problems outside of your work. Because as a customer you always have to leave there satisfied and not looking bitter. When they charge you. Let him be kinder. And not bipolar. And from there the entire team was very efficient and everything was very tasty.“

“First of all, this place is single handedly keeping the breakfast sandwich alive. I can’t find a decent pork roll egg and cheese anywhere else. Aside from that, prices are reasonable and place is clean (which is also rare). The owners Jimmy and Abraham are super cool as well. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I was visiting the area and saw this bagel shop and decided to take a walk inside. The girls at the counter were so nice and pleasant. I ordered a pork roll, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. It was so very good. I look forward to a return visit.“

“This bagel shop is so good. I own a business right down the road from there and I go to bagel fresh frequently and get a toasted sesame bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It’s delicious. In fact i think they have some of the best breakfast sandwiches around. I really love their bagels. Not to mention, they are always nice when I go in. People say hi and they don’t rush you. 5 star everything!“

“I have been walking here and sending ppl here for over 5yrs!! I work downtown and consistently walk here doe bagel turkey bacon w/ cream cheese or egg wraps w spinach'great tuna and turkey and arizona wrap w avocado is AMAZING!!!!Love my friends that worK Here, very clean simple and fresh. Enjoy a GREAT Salad with possibly the best tuna downtown! Its soooo worth it or put a turkey sandwhich on bagel! Its so gooood“

“I love NY bagel but since you guys reopened every single order of mine has gotten messed up. My mom just picked up our order and both of ours are wrong. It’s really disappointing. Hopefully y’all can get it together soon.“

“I think this place is pretty decent overall. It's a solid spot for decently priced bagels, flavors pretty good but I wouldn't say it's the best. If you live nearby or in the area it's a solid choice and I don't think you'll be disappointed but it's nothing to write home about. I did try the loaded pork roll burger since it was made famous by Guy Fieri, and I appreciate him putting local spots like this on the map but its pretty overrated and not that great. Burger itself is pretty mid but the pork roll and bagel is good, I'd say pork roll burger is a 6/10, and the bagels are 8/10. The Reuben is surprisingly pretty good though.“

“Quite a few changes under new ownership. The food quality is still fine - especially good bagels. But the selection and extras are a bit less, sandwiches are not piled as high and are more expensive – to be expected. There is also an added charge for lettuce and tomato.“

“Not always a perfect 10/10 but for a fast food bagel shop with incredibly high volume every day they are unbeatable. The bagels they bake fresh every single morning are unmatched. Whenever an issue occurs they go above and beyond to make sure the food is fixed or that there’s a benefit for next time I come to make up for any realistic errors. There isn’t a single item on the menu over 10$ and while no parking spots are available on the weekend I’ve waited at most 20 mins at a time.“
