I've been curious for years about the trenton style pizza with a mustard base under the cheese and sauce so finding myself in Trenton on business I stopped in for lunch and lo and behold it was on the menu and to make it even more Trenton they put chunks of pork roll on it. ( I'm from north Jersey so to me it's Taylor ham ). The pizza was incredible the mustard really gave it a surprising zing. Also the beer mussels were amazing. Great place for lunch.

I don’t know who the bartender working at the top bar is, young guy always there, but he is disrespectful and unprofessional I saw the way he interacted with other customers is a shame. As a long time customer I hope you take measures to improve staff. Very disappointed. This will affect my experience moving forward which I am just sad too say.

We were celebrating St Patty's Day. We had already had drinks at an Irish Pub nearby. We stopped in here for some more drinks + Starters. After experiencing their "special" (for St Patty's Day) Stuffed Potato Skins with corned beef, I was very disappointed that this item had NO FLAVOR and the amount of corned beef on these was so minimal that it was a very poor decision on the part of the Chef. If you're going to serve anything to your Customer, MAKE SURE it's an item that will seduce them to return! We even mentioned this to the Barman. I for one, will NOT return. Spend your $$ elsewhere.

The food was very good. The service was not good. The waiter/bartender was not great. The attention was directed to her regulars. She seamed uncomfortable. Probably won’t go back for the bar just order takeout.
My group had a nice time here. Brussel Sprouts (We ordered without bacon) were a hit. There's no designated vegan item on the menu, but you can adjust a few items to accommodate. I had a pizza without cheese and added veg. There is also salad, several sides and perhaps pasta. A veggie burger would be a good addition to the menu. Staff was friendly and our order was accurate.

Croix was such a good bartender! He tended to our every need. He got me a twisted tea without me even asking. Magician? IDK!! He even got me a water without me even asking. There was one point he even stopped what he was doing to tie my shoe & tell me how much he loved my outfit! Such a good bartender, bills wouldn’t be the same without him! :)
Nice rustic food options and good burgers. Miss the corn nuggets though those were my favorite. I got the brisket sandwich and it was so good like a brisket cheesesteak. Was disappointed that the brussels sprouts had bacon when the grubhub menu didnt mention bacon (i can't eat bacon). My husband said they were good though and so was his brisket. The pretzel jack chicken is good too. Eaten here many times and the interior is rustic and taverny. Service is hit or miss sometimes it's amazing and othertimes you wait by the door a long time before anyone shows up to greet you. Definitely good food though. When they have venison specials they are good too.

Bartenders were horrible. Literally sat with no drink while bartender was outside smoking with her friends. Next bartender completely ignored me and had to shout to get a glass of water. Beer was warm. When asking for shot my friends were told they had to get the same shot. Bar has about 7 people so it wasn't about being busy. Poor attitude by bartenders.
