I just had lunch here with my wife and our two boys for our first time and everything was excellent. Our server was so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The chef and owner came to our table a few times to see how everything was and to chat which was really pleasant. We are not from the area but will definitely be coming back.

nice atmosphere if you don’t want to have a conversation. it’s is extremely loud. slim picking on the menu. i had a burger and it was very bland. the wife’s crab cakes “sucked” as she said but were better than some others. the waitress was a little stretched thin and service took a bit. definitely checked off the list of places to go. we won’t be back. i get that’s it a BAR but tha should be no excuse for have not so good food.

Back in August, I went to Holland Ridge Farms for one of their festivals. I bought one wine for $10 from the Blend pop up bar onsite.
Lo and behold, when I checked my charges later on in the day, I notice I got charged $55.67 for one wine!!!! I called Blend Bar and spoke with the owner, Antonio, explaining that situation.
He also agreed he had no idea how that happened being all the wine selections were $10. He kept saying he would refund me (I have text proof of that exchange) and he never did. All he did was give me lip service to say what I wanted to hear knowing full well he wasn't going to refund me.
After many failed attempts to get my refund through texts and phone calls, out of sheer frustration, I disputed the charge. Because I didn't get a receipt, I didn't have definitive proof of the mix-up, and I lost.
I should've taken the receipt when offered from the employee working at the pop up after I purchased the wine, but who thinks they will get charged $55.67 for one glass of wine?!!?!? So this guy basically stole money from me.
Watch out if you go to any festival at Holland Ridge Farm and you purchase anything from Blend Bar. Get a receipt because if there is a screw up you'll be out of your cash.
I would even be careful at the restaurant bc if there is a mix-up there, you will probably be out of your money as well since the owner is clearly an unscrupulous individual!

A great local bar for dinner and obviously drinks! We had such a positive experience here, from the comfortable outside patio to the assortment of beers on tap. Our burger and cajun chicken sandwich were delicious, and we both agree, the wings were probably the best we've had in a while!
