I have to be honest, probably the worst location I've been to but it's the closest to home. Every time I come through the doors, the people are miserable behind the counter. They seem as if they can't stand that you have come through the door. For people in service, they have no personality or customer service skills. The food is just ok, probably won't be back

My friend and I got a burrito and a chiwawa from here. We ordered for pickup and actually arrived before the order was ready, so the food was totally fresh when we got it. Despite this, the burrito tortilla was completely cold on one side. I do also wish that they had Mexican yellow rice as an option, rather than only white or brown rice. Neither of us were a huge fan of the chiwawa exterior, although we appreciated that both dishes were large and filling.
Even so, the price point seems a bit high. A $2.80 markup for adding queso sauce just seems a bit much, and the other add-ons have similarly exorbitant markups. This means that if you go for anything besides the most bare-bones basic order, the food quickly becomes very expensive. Even considering the size of my burrito, I don't think it should have costed the $15 that it did. I think $12 would have been a fair price, and it would have felt like good value at $10 or $11.

Me and my son order food to be delivered from here frequently. Everytime I get the food I'm still surprised at how fresh and delicious the food is.
I prefer this Mexican food over the larger Mexican franchise in the area. I also went in to pick up my food recently and the the girl working there was super efficient getting my food ready. I highly recommend Bubbakoos if you are in the area.

The burrito was good. Everything totally basic. Only unique thing that distinguishes it from chipotle is that they have a pineapple chunk salsa. But they have NO vegan protein options!!!!!!!! The fried cauliflower contains egg!!!!!! They need to update their menu.
