Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered a pick up My fries were cold and Stale like they’ve been sitting there all. My wings I found hair in two of them Called the restaurant 3 times and no one answers the phone.

The chicken quality is a bit too inconsistent, but the sauces are bang. We get To-Go here and it's usually spot on. In TR, there was always, and I mean always, something missing or wrong, so kudos to the To-Go team here.

Stopped for a quick bite which was good as usual. However, they were out of all wine by the glass or bottle!

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Walking in, I was immediately met by a plumber, with both the front doors and the bathrooms closed. As soon as I stepped inside, the entire place smelled overwhelmingly like sewage. The smell only got worse as you walked further in. I asked the hostess if we could not be seated near the smell, and he responded as if it didn’t exist—despite the fact that there was a drain pipe being pulled straight out of the floor in the middle of the dining room, right near tables where people were expected to eat. The pipe was dirty, wet, and smelled absolutely awful.

After being seated, it took about five minutes just to get a drink. Then another ten minutes after we asked for a moment to look at the menu. During this time, a worker repeatedly walked back and forth through the restaurant talking loudly to herself the entire time, which was unsettling and concerning. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and added to an already chaotic experience.

To top it all off, I am writing this review while still sitting here, having waited over 15 minutes for my check, with no food in front of me.

Between the sewage smell, active plumbing work in the dining area, extremely slow service, and overall lack of awareness or care from staff, this location should not have been open to customers at all. Completely unacceptable.

Buffalo wings has a great special the three for $19.99 I believe that was even better than Applebee's Applebee's have cut back on portion control now chicken boneless chicken smaller sizes smaller portions which was my favorite buffalo wings continue to serve the food that we experience on our first experience that will be our new place everyone was friendly food was the hottest can be one downside didn't realize when a couple of the items so instead of the $19.99 it cost almost $30. on senior citizens that does make a difference I guess there was a miscommunication but we highly recommended it going to try it again 12/10/25 will do another review and let you know. The photos say it all like I say just the price wasn't what it was supposed to be

Want to give this place a 5, but service usually isnt great, its always quiet when we go, food can take a while sometimes to come out. That said. One every handful of times you get caught great server, food comes fast, and everything runs like you expect. Just not consistently enough for 5 stars.

Yeah I’m the guy that came in tonight Nov. 1, 2025 at about 8:30. I was at the far left of the bar. Bartender said yeah you’re good I’m just about to clean that up. I ordered my drink and she asked if it was okay and I said yes can I get a straw and wipe down the bar. She did 10 other things and I walked out. I’m not that picky but you’re also not busy and wiping the bar is pretty standard. FYI I was in the same area of work for over 15 years.

Much better service than B-Dubs closer to me. Wings are always good and if you're a sports fan you won't miss a game, match, race, etc

When I went here for dinner tonight I did not expect to be in there for over 2 hours. Service was horrible. Cookie Skillet came out burnt . Manager could care less. Server could care less. They did not care about their customers. Do not recommend.

We came with a party of 3 people and the place was beautiful inside. It was colorful and had an old style theme to it. I really enjoyed everything. The place was great. I really liked their signature buff. Wing sauce. It was sweet and had a tangly taste to it. The service was also good too. Will likely return to this place if in the area.

Would be great if they would answer the phone for DoorDash and not forget sauces and food items , never ever gets order right

I waited over 30 minutes picking up one chicken sandwich for doordash. Absolutely uncalled for to have yo wait that long for one sandwich. The store was not busy.
