6 wings for her birthday. We pick it up and there was 5. After a quick call they apologized and the situation was rectified. I'm appreciative of them willing to work with us during a special event for my loved one.

This was my second time that me and my family went never again coming back to this place horrible I’m sorry but wings we’re smelling bad and taste like it was old wigs our server only show up when he olny have to take our orders and that’s all I have to get up and look for a manager so he can bring us our bill terrible experience I had.

Ordered take out thru website and paid extra for potato wedges. When we picked up the order nothing was said about bring out of potato wedges and they would not refund nor did they offer fresh fries because at this point the fries were cold..

I recently ate here, service was great. The food was okay. I had the House Sampler, I enjoyed everything but the mozzarella sticks. Cause chat how was my mozzarella sticks missing cheese? It was halo all of them not just one. I was #sad.

Place was filthy; seats torn and staff unable to manage ; nor provide customer service! Servant was told that the seats were ripped and booth was dirty; Persisted to attempt to seat us in another dirty table.
When the matter was addressed with the staff; She attempted to tell the manager that she was being cursed at; again falsely stating same; I took the names of witnesses in order to address the matter further.
The manager( Oreal) was informed of the situation ; however continued addressing the falsehood rather than addressing the problem by managing the staff; to clean up and maintain the dining area! The managers answer and resolution was to push us to sit at the bar? It was my first time visiting the facility, Buffalo wild wings,in Mays Landing , and the last!
I disagreed With the way, the manager addressed the matter and walked out of the facility; However, I informed the manager that I would be filing a complaint with corporate. I photographed the evidence and provided to you in the photographs attached. The managers, lack of customer service and unprofessionalism was evident, and there after established through his poor attitude.
However, the dining room area reflected, his managerial neglect! Would not recommend any family to eat in this facility!
