Buffalo Wild Wings

We came with a party of 3 people and the place was beautiful inside. It was colorful and had an old style theme to it. I really enjoyed everything. The place was great. I really liked their signature buff. Wing sauce. It was sweet and had a tangly taste to it. The service was also good too. Will likely return to this place if in the area.

Would be great if they would answer the phone for DoorDash and not forget sauces and food items , never ever gets order right

I waited over 30 minutes picking up one chicken sandwich for doordash. Absolutely uncalled for to have yo wait that long for one sandwich. The store was not busy.

Excellent food and service. We ordered the endless apps for $9.99. 4 different choices. We ordered multiple orders. All brought within 5 minutes. We also split a patty melt on the regular menu. I would highly recommend them.

Tried to order online but the app said that this location is not able to have online ordering at this time. So I called. I was put on hold. I started driving to the area bc I needed to go to the store anyway. I was on hold the entire drive.... 10 minutes for a totalof 15 mins on hold. So I just went inside and ordered in person. I told them I tried to order online and was given some bs about cell towers. So when I came back to pick up my food, I was charged 33.00 for the wing combo that would have 20.00 online. So that settles why there's no online ordering... they dont want to honor online/app special pricing.. Nice try guys. I will not be back ever. Good luck staying in business pulling shady crap like that!

This afternoon my staff and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and we were disappointed because there was no customer service to greet us or serve us.

The staff and service are the worst I've ever seen in these places. I like baffalo and I go often, but never here again and I don't even recommend you.

Horrible service, waited 15mins before we were even greeted. The phone was ringing, no one there to answer. After our wait we were finally seated at a dirty table. I looked around and multiple tables still had trash all over. Unfortunately after she showed us our seat, I saw smears of some sort all over our booth and that was the last straw. We left and ate elsewhere. Sad because we were optimistic, even after reading reviews.

I am an educator that works at a school close by. On April 2nd, I was planning on surprising all of my (20+) students with wings, as they requested. Due to some confusion on my part (long story) the employees at this BWW location graciously helped me with a large order 30 minutes before even opening their doors with no notice whatsoever. They turned the fryers on early, made a very specific order of 100 wings and even threw in french fries with some sauces and dipping veggies. In addition to that, I was given to-go boxes for my students to use. Mind you, all of this was carried to my car for me. The manager as well as one of the women servers were extremely giving and forgiving. I have never had such an amazing experience with any take out order before and probably ever again. I wish I wrote down their names! Thank you both so very much and a big thanks to the kitchen as well. Amazing customer service and amazing food. It was an overwhelming experience for me, strictly because of how gracious the staff was.
