Due either to cross contamination or buttering their buns, this Burger King poisoned my lactose intolerant partner with their impossible burger & fries meal deal (my partner had searched online to be sure the food would be dairy free, it clearly wasn’t).

Was paying cash the guy wasn't at the counter just walking around. Waited almost 5 minutes and had to leave. They need to hire people that'll do their job ridiculous

It took almost 30 mins for me to get my order. The Burger King here is already overpriced due to it being a service station, we pay for convenience. No one at a service station has time to wait all day. The person who was working in the front today was the ONLY person who was actually working. I felt really bad for him, the guy on the chicken sandwich station at 6:50pm was absolutely clueless and was just making everything worse for everyone. He made like 5 orders that were ahead and didn’t even label them. People have allergies, this could lead to serious issues in the future. This Burger King needs to either get rid of or seriously retrain that guy at the chicken sandwich station before he ends up making all of their employees quit.

The manager refused to take my order, because I use a (on back survey receipt) that offered me a free sandwich with purchase. He refused to speak with me after telling me no, very nasty attitude, like one of those Vietnamese convenient stores. Very nasty, believe every black person was out to get a free meal. All Burger Kings are suppose to honor the survey on the receipt. But he was very kind and courteous to the White Patrions that visits his restaurant. He Damn near broke his neck trying to hand that white guy a hand full of Ketchup. I'm glad to see Burger King shut its doors, starting with this store I hope. Horrible experience!6:30 pm 5/10/2024

Both persons behind the counter were focused and friendly! I was grateful at how efficient they were which got me back on the road faster. And it was an excellent touch that despite being in a busy travel plaza, they double checked to make sure I didn't leave without startling perfect order and sauce! The food was fresh and a hell of a lot better than I expected from the rest station so I really hope this crew is working the next time I pass through. I was delighted!

Took 30min to get my food as well as several other people waiting around me. I ordered one burger with no changes to it. There was one to two workers actually working on orders with the rest sitting around in the back. I watched people leave after waiting around since the person on register was in the back not taking orders. The pads where you could order yourself have the option to complete the order without a receipt or to cancel the order which seems like a sketchy practice at best. This was at about 9:40pm on a Sunday.

Took nearly 20 minutes to get a burger- there was 1 person actually working and about 4-5 people just standing around chatting. There was also no option to get my receipt printed at the kiosk where you place your order. Overall, very disappointing service, especially for travelers.
