I just picked up an order for a “well done” half pepperoni pizza and I got charged $1.50 for well done and the pie wasn’t even well done! I tried calling in to see why I would be charged for this , as it’s the most bizarre thing I’ve ever heard and the counter girl hung up on me!! I called back in she puts me on hold for 10 minutes and tells me Lorenzo the manager is not in, I ask her when he will be returning so I can speak with him and in the background...read full review
Ordered at 6pm. 730 and food still wasn't here. Called and was told food is on the way. Women at the front desk was very nice but unable to offer anything. Owner got on the phone and said food would arrive shortly. I asked if there was any kind of discount for the incredibly long wait without any notice (we wouldn't have ordered if told they were very busy and it would take a long time). Cheech 2 Go ALWAYS has great food. Their Dinners are the best around...not to mention their cannolies!! Thanks for always being consistent!
