Chili's Grill & Bar

I placed a $100+ order through DoorDash, which included Louisiana Hot Mozzarella Sticks (6pc), Regular Mozzarella Sticks (6pc), Southwestern Cheese Egg Rolls, The Ultimate Smokehouse Combo, Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, 2 extra orders of street corn, and Brisket Quesadillas.

Unfortunately, my Brisket Quesadillas were completely missing, both orders of street corn were missing, and my regular mozzarella sticks were smushed and mushy. I called the store to speak with the manager and was told there’s nothing they can do, as I have to take it up with DoorDash. Why? DoorDash didn’t pack my order incorrectly, so why is it their responsibility to fix it?

I am very disappointed with the customer service. This restaurant does not seem to take pride in its service or care about its customers. Never again!

I can't say I am surprised by the service we received because it happens all the time first time here because my daughter wanted this burger they only have here the server came over asked us what we wanted brought us our food and then nothing he came to take our dishes didn't ask if how anything was he ask of my daughter wanted a refill but that was it I had to wait for boxes which he did give when it's just me the wait staff ignores me when it's two they still ignore you I don't get it but a table of eight that is right next to us was giving the servers full attention where we didn't get none but the food was good the soda which was Coke tasted like it didn't have no syrup in it

The food was amazing. Service was great and it was quick and attentive. I highly recommend and will definitely go back again.i highly recommend the Mexican street corn and the bacon ranch quesadilla !

Sadly, the burger we ordered was burnt and although we mentioned it to the staff there was no offer to redo the order. I understand if the kitchen is busy, burger burning could happen. We left with burnt taste in our mouth. Did not take a picture of the burnt burger.

Chillis on the DL is the best chain restaurant just don't order a steak.stick with Mexican food there it's not a steakhouse. Burgers are great and the ribs are classy

Ordered the Chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was not the best and it didn’t seem the freshest. The extra toppings just wasn’t enough for all the quesadillas, the ranch is an odd choice of side but that’s not the restaurants fault thats a Chilly’s menu thing. Still would of been better with extras toppings though. Overall mediocre, will definitely have to try the Chilly’s in Houston as well as a different meal. I did not feel god in this Philadelphia Chilly’s today. Maybe I needed a margarita…
