Chili's Grill & Bar

I came in and dined in on Saturday night 9/6 , I sat in the bar area and my server who was also bartending was amazing. She made us all really good drinks and she is super sweet and nice. Super great place, I usually don’t eat chili’s because anytime I have been to one the service was terrible but tonight really changed my mind on things. This location was my 1st time here and definitely will not be my last.

I really felt bad for the girl who was our sever, as I saw another table giving her issues as she was making drinks some people are just so inpatient and very inconsiderate and don’t understand they can’t just jump as soon as you sit down if they’re in the middle of making drinks. I also heard and saw this man saying very racial and rude things to herself and other staff.

I hope my server and other staff get praised for all their hard work here by the management team, as they were all very busy and working hard

The service in here has really stepped up since the last time I was last here back in May. The last time I came here was May 18th, and I told myself I would never come back to this location due to the service and the management running this place. Let me just say, they really changed a lot in here for the better and I hope they continue to do so. if that is the case I will continue to keep coming back. I used to come here 4 times a week with my family so I hope I can start that trend again I missed chilis food but couldn’t stand the way it was before. So, whoever is in charge and made changes thank you !

I was here last night on 9/1 and my server was Janelle, she was absolutely amazing, although she had like 5 other tables and quite a few people at the bar she still gave excellent service. She was super nice and very attentive as much as she could be. I did ask for a manager just to give the girl some praise since I heard 2 of her other tables talking crap about her, they need to understand that she is only 1 person and can do so much. They should try to work in the industry and learn how it is when she was also behind the bar too. The manager was super nice and really appreciated the feedback I gave him ! if she can see this don’t let those other tables bother you, you were amazing !

We come to this chilis often and usually have great experiences, however this time was not great. Our server Janelle greeted us right away and took drink and appetizer orders. She came back to ask for our entree order, but we still hadn’t received our appetizer, so we asked for more time. She said to let her know when we were ready, which was fine as we were catching up with each other. The chips and salsa came without salsa. Before we had the chance to tell her, she was gone. We eventually flagged down a food runner to get us salsa, silverware, napkins, and plates, as they had never been given to us. She never came back to check on us, and we had to try multiple times to get her attention, despite her walking past us multiple times. The manager brought our food to us and had to get us refills because she never came back to check in. I felt like we didn’t have a waitress and were left trying to get the attention of any available staff. The food was good however the service was lacking.

Been to this Chili’s for a couple years now & not once had a bad experience until today. I went around 8:30p to dine in with my boyfriend. We got seated immediately! The place looked very slow today. Our servers name is Janelle, at first she was quick to attend us. We placed our main course meal the same time as our appetizer but asked for our appetizer order to be out first. I mean I THINK ITS THE MOST COMMON SENSE THING TO DO.

Our main course came out 15-20 minutes (FIRST)
A couple more minutes go by and we ask her about our appetizer that we asked to be out first. She look like she forgot to punch in our appetizer order. She brings out our appetizer 15 mins later and says the appetizer would be comp due to “the wait”.

She ONLY checked up on us once. I had to ask for her to bring us napkins after we officially were done eating. Once we were done eating and getting ready to pay we notice the comp item wasn’t removed. We call her over , she asks her manager if it can get removed & then she disappears for 10 mins as we are still waiting for our new receipt so we can pay. I had to go up to another server to ask where she went so we can leave and be out there way before they actually close. After Janelle’s manager notices we are disappointed with our service , he just stares shockingly as if it’s out his control. Janelle comes walking to our table AFTER I ASKED WHERE SHE WAS AT & asks us if we are ready to pay as if we weren’t ready 10 mins ago …

I like chili’s & I swear i’m not a karen writing reviews everywhere… but THE POINT IS NOT EVERY JOB IS FOR EVERYONE. Our server kept “forgetting” everything we kept asking for.

Partial order was delivered to the table...my food didn't arrive until 25 minutes later.

Asked to speak to a manager. Was told he was too busy.

Finally came out of the kitchen and offered no apologies and continued to tell me how busy he was.

Terribly understaffed , bad manager, poor service in general .

Rude host. Denied a seat at 8pm

I just don't understand the hype around this place. My server was really good but he couldn't read the table. Food was awful and we became ill afterwards. I wanted to like this place.

I always come here. Last night I was here and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Food was absolutely delicious. Love this location. I asked for a manager , to let them know about the great service, his name was Brandon he is very kind and very personable
