Placed a order online and picked it up in person. The receipt and bag was missing part of the order. I informed them and showed them the receipt. Said they didn't get that part and shooed me out the door without out offering to make what I paid for or let me atleast get soy sauce, mustard for the food I did get. This place just keeps getting worse and worse with time. First the food quality dipped now the customer service is gone as well. Finally done ordering from this place and it used to be my go too for years... shame.

We've ordered here a couple of times since we moved here. Usually, it's OK. We like the family meals, but recently the price went up, and I found a hair in my food and the chicken and broccoli was all congealed. Probably, not going back. Would not recommend.

Something changed recently and now the food is atrocious. I couldn't even put my finger on exactly what was very wrong with the General Tsos but there was an abundance of some kind of spice. Kind of reminded me of chicken ramen seasoning packets. Overwhelming and horrible. The fried rice was JUST RICE and looked and tasted like uncle bens out of the package. I couldn't even believe it honestly night and day from when I ordered months ago and it was great! Never ever again

We always order Chinese food from this place but I think they getting worse, the food taste weird not the same like always We get hot sour soup and some fry crisps they gave us but after We ate them We have a bitter taste in mouth. Probably oil was old and inside of the restaurant smell old fried oil too. Also spring roll taste weird they're not the same like usuall. Today I wake up with hurting stomach and diarrhea. Not recommended anymore. Time to find a new place.

Ask every single time to have food left at door and just text/ ring bell. But every time he rings bell a million times and bangs on door. I order so I can do my work and not be disturbed. ?♀️ listen to ur customers ! And the noodles are tasteless

The delivery drivers aggressively ask for tips which can result in a situation that we all want to avoid food is good but it's not that good to stand on respect delivery drivers need correction ASAP we are not obligated to pay tips but we can defend our self against aggressive people.

Food tatse is okay .I was mostly disappointed with the lomein noodles .I think they used fettuccine instead of the regular Chinese noodles.
