Kinda confusing for newcomers. They don't cut the quesadilla for you and they forgot my guacamole, they're kinda stingy with the servings. For some reason the quesadillas are only digital now, I don't understand why. There's not much leg room to get to your seat, tables and the drink fountain are a mess.
Third time I’ve come here and they don’t have fajitas and aren’t making more? Do they not order enough vegetables? Didn’t have sofritas either so nothing for a vegetarian. Terrible. Not even close to closing and like stated before this it the third time. Wont be coming back to this location ever again.

Management at this location sucks. Don’t have the ingredients ready at 12:00 on a Tuesday. Some skinny small woman Proceed to tryme a half scoop of steak saying I need to pay extra if I want a little more. Looks like serving size is supposed to be 4 ounces, there may have been 2 oz. Got queso and asked for another half scoop and decided to just walk out when she started to tell me I needed to pay more. Been to chipotle a thousand times. Have never walked out until today.

So went in on break love chipotle’s. I don’t normally stop in the mayslanding location.. this time was very very disappointing. So service wise the initial prep guy to make my bowl was welcoming and ready to work. The second young lady.. very short kept popping her gum and literally tossed the items on the bowl making it look very messy…The cashier did not upsell by offering a drink. He told me the total and I requested the drink.. the chicken was also dry .. oh No Tabasco sauce in store ( there out) .. Happy Monday people EHT CHIPOTLE FOR THE WIN ?
I’ve been to many chipotles and this is by far the worst one. The tables were filthy for one.I ordered double chicken, and I got less chicken than my friend who got regular. They barely gave me any rice as well. For the price this is a total rip off for the portion size they give you I would never be going back here. It’s amazing how this franchise is still in business. ??♂️

This place needs an inspection from the health department. Filthy, messy, trash cans overflowing. Ran out of spoons. The forks and knives are not wrapped in plastic and are next to the fountain drinks where it's all sticky from soda splashing on it. My family of 6 could have eaten at TRH for cheaper, better food and cleaner.

The older man working at this location 1:30 3/1/24 is always impatient and rolls his eyes whenever someone asks for double of an ingredient. I’ve witnessed this several times. He portions the food like it comes out of his own pocket, if you don’t like your job maybe get another one.

First and last time here I ordered a bowl the worker said I'll put the queso I'm a cup incase you don't like it they charged me $2.70 extra because HE put it in a cup unbelievable I will never come here again just terrible.
