BOOOOO. My bowl was terrible!
If I could rate this chipotle 0 stars I would. Worst chipotle I've ever been to.

Absolutely the worst experience in a restaurant ever! The girl that prepared our food was extremely rude. She treated me very poorly and my wife asked a question about gluten-free options and she slapped the menu on the glass in front of us and said here, read it. Will never go back to that restaurant and maybe never go back to Chipotle again! Doesn't Chipotle care, read your reviews, there are so many one-star ratings it's ridiculous.

One of our worst experience placed a mobile order once I got home open the bag the guacamole was all black. The food did not look or taste fresh very disappointed hopefully chipotle corporate office starts seeing these reviews . We will have another shutdown restaurant pretty soon Hamilton market !!

The guy working there tn with the long hair was notably unfriendly. I rarely go to chipotle and he was unhelpful. Food was good but pricey for the desired experience. Don’t think I’ll return within the decade.

Went in the evening 9/11. No greeting, no acknowledgement. Handler rude and just dumped food in container. Tried to give me bottom of the barrel food scrapings. Rt 130 HMP

I should have read the reviews before going to this Chipotle and wasting my money. I originally wanted to try their honey chicken, which they didn’t even have, but decided to give them a chance anyway. Big mistake. The customer service was terrible—no smiles, no friendliness, and everyone behind the counter looked like they needed a serious cleanup. On top of that, everything was an extra charge, even the salad dressing. I ended up spending $20, only to go home and throw it all in the garbage. Absolutely the worst experience. Never again.

They are made guacamole, but they mixed with something it’s not original guacamole, want to make cheaper?
This particular Chipolte is CONSISTENTLY understaffed, out of things and dirty. At least a dozen occasions where the line has been 10+ people, with 1 employee doing both the register and making the food.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.
The employees here have absolutely no customer service skills and treat paying customers with rudeness and disrespect.
I stopped by around 8:15 PM with my wife, and from the start it was a disaster. When I approached the counter to order, I was greeted with, “What do you want?”—not exactly the kind of welcome you expect. Half of the food containers were empty, and the worker was literally scraping the bottom of the pan to get guacamole for my tacos. By this point, I already knew it would be my first and last visit.
When I went to pay, the cashier didn’t say a single word—not even the total. She just stared at me as if I was supposed to magically know it was time to pay. After that, I went to grab forks and napkins, only to find there were no forks. I politely asked the cashier for a couple, and instead of simply handing them to me, she looked at me like I was lying, walked away without a word, then came back with a giant box of forks. Instead of giving me two, she made me walk all the way to the back to get them myself—just to prove a point. Unbelievable.
If I’m paying for food, the very least I expect is basic respect. The management here should be ashamed for allowing this type of behavior to go unchecked.
In the photo you can see how carelessly she placed the items. Corn was all over the bag because she didn’t cap it all the way.
Good luck staying in business—I doubt you’ll be around in this neighborhood for long. Goodbye, and never again.
