Placed an order with a pickup time of 7:10pm. It’s 7:29 and they are still “working on it”. It would have been possible to wait in line and order and receive food twice in the same time span.

Tried both in person & mobile order. Both had pros & cons. I had high expectations since it's new. Going the 1st time in person, the portions were surprisingly less. While the 2nd time, I tried mobile ordering, the portion size was good and plenty, but they took forever making the order. We pulled in at our given time, but the line was going so slow. When we finally pulled up the window ~30minutes later, we had to wait again as it seemed like they didn't complete our order. I'll try coming back when they settle in more

Quantity added is not up to the standards seen at other chipotles.. you will charged extra if you ask for anything on the side instead of adding to bowl.

To Servers, why do you keep holding back on scooping fair portions? I paid $14 for the new smoked brisket meat, and I got about 15 small cubes of it. Schlecht!

Do not recommend this Chipotle Location! I ordered what I normally get and I was given very tiny portions, for a similar price I could go to the location on US 1 and get the same thing and I would have enough for lunch and dinner. Will not be returning to this location.

I been to this place after opening!! They server very tiny/ little portion in bowls. I went in-person and ordered the bowl. I asked them many times add more, add more but they only give you very little portion. My bowl was not even full. Highly Avoid this location. Staff is very unskilled and not trained how to make bowls and burritos.

Showed up and there was quite a line, and after checking the other reviews I was nervous. But, they were friendly, fast and the portions were fantastic! Will be stopping by more often!
Do not recommend this Chipotle, I have gone to this location multiple times after they opened, every time there was an issue. Orders were wrong, Chipotlane takes 20-30min after your order time, and very tiny portions. For a similar price I could go to TacoRito Robbinsville and get much larger portions. Will not be returning to this location.

Food was great and staff was nice, but WAY too slow. First night I waited almost 30 mins in line for a bowl and thought “okay, this is their first week, give them a shot”. But it’s been long enough that ya’ll should know you are understaffed. I have stopped in multiple times now and leave because its just too long of a wait.
I hope it improves and I’ll happily change this to 5 stars because I’d love for this chipotle to improve!
