It was our first time at this location. We came for a birthday party and had a good time overall. This Chuck E Cheese is one of the cleaner ones we have been to. The games are rigged though. Many machines only give four tickets. For one of them if you win you get zero tickets. My kids don't care about the number of tickets as long as they have enough to get a piece of candy at the end, but the adults at the party couldn't stop talking about how weird the games were. Could have made it less obvious.

Cleanest most organized location I've been to, hands down, especially on a Saturday. To be fair, it wasn't overcrowded either like some other locations can be. But they really seem to run this one well. We got a 1-hr pass, had pizza and drinks, got some prizes. Parking was easy. Great experience all around. Thank you!

I just experienced the worst time ever the manger was so rude and disrespectful regarding my daughter who has autism all she did was sit on the trampoline we were only ones there with her stuffed animals who are her support animals made me rip her out and take them away making her scream and cry and all he cared about want was me paying the 13 dollars because she sat on the trampoline which I paid for just so he wouldn’t go near my daughter again to make her cry after I already explained to him she has autism and didn’t understand why she wasn’t allowed her comfort stuffed animal then continued to make us very uncomfortable watching us our entire play time with my two other small children

I prefer to go when it's not too packed it's so much fun with the kids . However, once the parties get too big, things can get a bit out of control. They lose control over the jumpy center, and it worries me for the safety of the kids. It seems with a bit more help this place will run super smoothly. The kids love it. The wings and flavors are awesome too!!

I believe she was the manager or worker not sure but she had very poor hygiene. She was also standing in the kitchen it was very unacceptable the way she smelled of urine and BO. Especially around food. The whole chucky e cheese smelled unclean. Will not be coming back.
