My child had a birthday party at Mays Landing, NJ location and entire crew, including Chuck-e were amazing, attentive, polite and informative. Special recognition to our host, Kayla, for making sure the kids and parents were satisfied and keeping my wife and I informed of progression of party (blaster -> pizza/drinks -> birthday song/dancing with Chuck-e and crew -> cake). It appears that all of the kids had a blast and all entertainment was in working order. Trampoline zone is a nice addition to the place (not included in birthday package, 8 dollars per kid and good all day).

I took my son there today and it was as always a great time. The customer service this morning was super. He reminded me about our merchandise discount with our monthly membership. I love the seasonal memberships because they save me money every visit and it makes me feel less stressed about my child having a good time. Its worth the drive for me to bring him here.

It turns out that the chuck e animatronic is now gone, it was one of my kid's favorite parts! This is sad, all it is now is posters and lunch tables! If they bring it back, maybe we would come here more often. But from the looks of it now, it's not happening.

Had a great time with my daughter last night. I would definitely visit again.
First time at this location. Came in right after they opened and waited several minutes for an employee to notice or greet us at check in station where they stamp you in. After we were let in another employee tried ringing up our summer passes but had difficulties splitting btwn multiple cards. When we’re finally ready to play the kids were extremely disappointed with this location. This location lowballs you on tickets compared to other locations we visit regularly. The kids are normally excited to win a super bonus or grand prize on any game but all the ticket payouts are set the same, 4 tickets. What’s the point of spinning a wheel knowing no matter what you spin you are getting the same payout regardless. It really sucked the fun out of playing and we left after 30 minutes and didn’t bother using all of our points. When we were ready to leave, nobody was there to check us out. We waited while an employee stared off into space and decided to just leave. They didn’t even care kids were leaving without their stamps being checked. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Evan was our host for my babies 2nd Birthday party and I must say he was great he was on top of everything never had to go looking for him and he was very polite and kind full of energy we loved him your the BEST HOST? but only thing we had a problem with was there was no AC we were told it was broken when went but overall chuck E Cheese is always a blast for the little ones
