Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We got seated quickly, our waitress was friendly and gave us good service. The food was good. We had the turkey dinner The lunch special. which was very filling. The only complaint that I had is that it's $4 for a small cup of coffee. where you can get a large cup of coffee for either free or $3 at QuickCheck. The coffee was the same quality. And why is tea always more expensive than coffee. It's $4 for a small cup of tea.

I can not believe they no longer have my favorite sweet potatoes. So after that bad news, I ordered cole slaw as my side and was told they were out of cole slaw. Out of COLE SLAW!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!

There was confusion regarding a military discount. The waitress said yes there is a 10% discount. At the cashier it was denied. I blame management for a lack of coordination on the subject.

My dad loved this location and many as truck driver and retired military and Trenton prison guard. He loved the chicken fried steak and grits. I miss him an my grandma in heaven and it brings me closer.thank you to kind people working here and great food.

Fun family place to go.It could be a little cleaner. Our server got our order wrong. The food was good, but it must have been sitting for awhile because it was cold and we waited a long 😞 time for our food. Therefore, I would say our issue was a server issue. By the way when we went it was not busy. Early dinner around 4PM.

Kid-friendliness: Yes this place is kid friendly. Breakfast served all day. If your children love breakfast this is the way to go. Nice kids menu. The general store is fun as well

I ordered a meal an a salad kept asking for the salad before the meal came out and it came afterwards a bit disappointed I also kept looking for the server to have my drink refilled and he was nowhere to be found

Usually look forward to Cracker Barrel but this location has the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The food came but we had no cutlery so after about 5 minutes I asked the girl if we could have some. She left to get but then I looked up to see her sorting something and I’m like hey and she remembers and runs to get it. By this time the food is barely like warm. No bottomless drink refills were offered and it was hard to get anyone’s attention to get another drink. After we were done eating we remembered they didn’t give us any biscuits

I like Cracker Barrel but this particular location left much to be desired. The girl that took us to our table had absolutely no interest in working there

I really like the food here, but I cannot stand the service. It’s like they got the servers off the street and they don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t think I can return anymore and sit for two hours

Used to enjoy coming here however their service and quality went way downhill. People at front registers move at a turtle speed . The line did not move the entire time. Came in with my family and 20 minutes in didn’t get my drink orders in or even acknowledged then watched multiple tables come in after and get taken care of. Service is slow and unorganized. Wound up leaving because i wasn’t trying to hunt down my server for everything . I get they’re busy and I’ve been a server for 20 years but completely ignoring a table to the point they walk out is unacceptable service . Not to mention the food is terrible dining in or take out recently . Very disappointing

Would have given atmosphere 5 stars but was a cold day looking forward to the fire place but it was burning out & they didn't have any more fire wood. So was a bit disappointed
