“Great service but the pizza is very heavy on the sauce. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was perfect. I devoured half of a large on my own in the span of a few hours. Dominos can be a hit or miss depending on what time you order (maybe different people on the shift) but one of yall is putting too much sauce 😭“

The BEST Domino’s Experience—Ever.
I don’t normally write reviews, but what happened tonight deserves recognition. I placed my order through DoorDash, but it wouldn’t let me customize my pizza to “light sauce” (which is a big deal for me). I called Domino’s directly just to ask if there was any way to make it happen—and let me tell you, they went ABOVE and BEYOND.
Not only did the person on the phone kindly say, “Yes, we can do that for you—just tell us the name on the order,” but the way they spoke to me was so genuine, patient, and sweet that it honestly made my night. You don’t always expect that kind of warmth from a pizza place especially in trenton, but this Domino’s showed true customer care.
When my order arrived, it was PERFECT. Not only did they follow my request, but you could tell they actually took the time to make the pizza with love. Hot, fresh, light sauce just as I asked—it was everything I hoped for.
Shoutout to the amazing staff for showing that kindness still exists in the little things. This Domino’s location has heart—and I’ll be ordering again just because of how y’all made me feel seen and valued. 💛🍕
