My name is el gato and most of the time i ask on my medium coffee 4 Splenda they always put 2, I don't know if the person can't read 4 splenda, but when I order i have to tell the person make sure is 4 Splenda, I'm a regular customer since they open, i should only say 3 cream and 4 Splenda, I guess the person preparing the coffee doesn't care, but I nicely been saying 4 Splenda for over a year, it is that hard????

Each and every time I come to this Dunkin' donuts and I order the same donut, it has chocolate on top and cream on top. They always put it in the bag upside down so once I go to grab my donut out of the bag it no longer has chocolate or anything on top because it's all stuck to the bottom of the bag!

Really did not want to sit at the drive thru and argue about what I ordered trying to hand me a hot coffee when I ordered an iced. Didn’t pay yet and don’t mind paying for an iced coffee but did not want the hot coffee as I never ordered it. They kept arguing with me telling me I said hot. Finally just drove away to another Dunkin. It wasn’t that hard to make and charge me for the correct order but instead 4 employees are at the window telling me I said hot coffee. Just stupid

When it first opened it was great, but I think the owner opened another store and took all the good help. There's only 2 employees that are good anymore. Might have to stop at a different DD for my coffee. Help is terrible.

First time I came here, the refresher drink tasted weird. The bagel I got was old. Donut was stale. Their drive thru lane takes ages and inside they don’t acknowledge you. Second time I went, ordered a dozen donuts to take to work. They took ages in the drive thru and there was two cars in front of me. Literally 15 mins just waiting. No idea what the people in front of me ordered but drive thru should be much faster. Third and last time: I paid in cash and expected my change back which was about $6-7 but the woman never gave it back to me. She called the next customer. Like what? Definitely was not a tip or had any right to keep my change. I would rather go to the location on S. Broad St. they are much nicer and work faster.
