Black girl with the braids who makes the coffee is rude. I ordered a medium coffee with regular creamer and sugar, she brings it to me and I take the lid off to find clumps of white stuff floating in it. I tell her and she makes me another one, I watched her take the spoon and pick stuff out of my coffee before she brings it to me lol then she ask me was I adding sugar to my last coffee I said yes… she says that’s what it was. lol like what? Dd get her out of there immediately. I took pictures of the coffee she first made me.

At 4:50 I asked them what time you guys open they tell me 5:00 and its 5:15 and they're still not open I don't know why they lied about the time and they made me wait half an hour if they said the truth time I wouldn't wait

Don't get the cappuccino. I got a large and it was half cappuccino and half foam.
I did a mobile order. I ordered a cold brew and they gave me an iced coffee instead because they ran out and never asked me if I was okay with that substitution ( I saw them pour the iced coffee from the pitcher). I ordered two sandwiches and they were cold and they were just left on the counter and never put in the mobile to go section which is why I never received my food until 23 minutes later. The people who work there are very slow.

This was a good efficient Dunkin’. Line was moving fast. Employees were working hard to hand put the drinks and food. The donut section was well stocked. My toddler loved her vanilla frosting donut.
This store has some nice collection of Dunkin’ merchandise.

I was heading to Maryland and this Dunkin happened to be at the right place. There were other restaurants around but Dunkin was simply amazing since they had so many food items to choice from. Cashier was so friendly and patient with me since I was trying to figure out what to get along with her given me the option to save money which was super amazing. Normally, Dunkin located at the service areas don’t accept rewards but this one allows me to use the rewards along with mobile order. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you around the area.

Expect excessively long wait times, rude staff, and price gouging. Even poor for a rest stop Dunkin. Unfortunately I stop here frequently due to the location but if you can avoid, it is advised.
