I did a mobile order. I ordered a cold brew and they gave me an iced coffee instead because they ran out and never asked me if I was okay with that substitution ( I saw them pour the iced coffee from the pitcher). I ordered two sandwiches and they were cold and they were just left on the counter and never put in the mobile to go section which is why I never received my food until 23 minutes later. The people who work there are very slow.

This was a good efficient Dunkin’. Line was moving fast. Employees were working hard to hand put the drinks and food. The donut section was well stocked. My toddler loved her vanilla frosting donut.
This store has some nice collection of Dunkin’ merchandise.

I was heading to Maryland and this Dunkin happened to be at the right place. There were other restaurants around but Dunkin was simply amazing since they had so many food items to choice from. Cashier was so friendly and patient with me since I was trying to figure out what to get along with her given me the option to save money which was super amazing. Normally, Dunkin located at the service areas don’t accept rewards but this one allows me to use the rewards along with mobile order. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you around the area.

Expect excessively long wait times, rude staff, and price gouging. Even poor for a rest stop Dunkin. Unfortunately I stop here frequently due to the location but if you can avoid, it is advised.
when I ordered a medium size hot coffee with cream and sugar, they immediately gave me, I said well done, but then I came to the car and tried it, but it was not very tasty and it was cold, I don’t know what they added instead of the cream, the taste was terrible , probably it was someone's return, unfortunately they gave me, i mean this location

Horrible service, we asked for a plane bagel with cream cheese and we got a bagel with bacon egg and cheese, and we also ask for two ice latte with whipped cream and the lady give us the latte with no cream and also she put more milk then coffee and also she put too much sugar on it, we are really disappointed we pay for something and we receive something else and its really horrible, the lady's make the food with an attitude they don't read the instructions of the orders they make what ever they want!!

Even if they did nkt have a lot of the options available, like cold brew or dark midnight.Friendly staff.Atmosphere? It's a rest stop, with decent seatijg options.
