Consistently wait in line for items they don’t have and very poor communication

No one was in line. The woman taking the order kept telling me to hold on. Ordered 3 turkey sausages egg and cheese on croissants. Ended up getting three very old egg and cheese croissants also ordered a half a dozen donuts which looked old and not even edible. Went back and asked for a refund and showed them my receipt that they charged me for the three sandwiches with sausage but they didn’t have sausage and they continued to argue with me. I had previously bad experience there and I thought it was just a bad day so I was willing to give them a second try and they even screwed that up. I will never ever go back to that Dunkin especially with how rude and ignorant they are.

The owner is rude and disrespectful. There’s a mom-and-pop deli across the street. Bring your business there instead.

No one was in line at the drive thru when I pulled up. I ordered 10 munchkins. They were definitely old. They all tasted like blueberry and 3 of them were crushed and in pieces. Plus the box had an oil stain on it.

Worst Dunkin in Hamilton. Always messes up simple orders consistently… doesn’t matter the day of the week or time. Would give 0 stars if possible. Today specifically, paid for a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small. The cup even had a sticker that said it was supposed to be a medium. I’ve ordered certain flavored coffees before and they have given me something totally different. I try to give them chances because it is the closest Dunkin to me but no more. Happens too often.
