No one was in line. The woman taking the order kept telling me to hold on. Ordered 3 turkey sausages egg and cheese on croissants. Ended up getting three very old egg and cheese croissants also ordered a half a dozen donuts which looked old and not even edible. Went back and asked for a refund and showed them my receipt that they charged me for the three sandwiches with sausage but they didn’t have sausage and they continued to argue with me. I had previously bad experience there and I thought it was just a bad day so I was willing to give them a second try and they even screwed that up. I will never ever go back to that Dunkin especially with how rude and ignorant they are.

No one was in line at the drive thru when I pulled up. I ordered 10 munchkins. They were definitely old. They all tasted like blueberry and 3 of them were crushed and in pieces. Plus the box had an oil stain on it.

Always has a long line. I feel like because of where this is located they definitely need like 2 more registers or something. Manger has a smile and encourages not only her staff but the patrons.
I always go to drive through. People are friendly. I don't know if I went on a bad day but if you can't make a simple lemonade there's something wrong.

Worst Dunkin in Hamilton. Always messes up simple orders consistently… doesn’t matter the day of the week or time. Would give 0 stars if possible. Today specifically, paid for a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small. The cup even had a sticker that said it was supposed to be a medium. I’ve ordered certain flavored coffees before and they have given me something totally different. I try to give them chances because it is the closest Dunkin to me but no more. Happens too often.

i’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this dunkin but nothing tops what happened to me yesterday. on the way to my grandfathers funeral, i decided to stop to get something to eat because it was going to be a long day. the drive thru line was long so i parked and went inside. i stood at the counter for almost twenty minutes without being acknowledged, at least five employees made eye contact with me but nobody said a word. finally, this lady doesn’t even come around the counter to speak to me face to face but shouts from the corner behind the counter that “the inside is closed” and i needed to go through the drive thru; however when i originally entered there was a man leaving with coffee and donuts having just been served. i tried to explain to the woman i had already been standing there for twenty minutes and she just screams “WELL I DIDN’T SEE YOU”. at this point i did not have time to get in the line for the drive thru, and i was late to my own grandfather’s funeral. quite possibly one of the worse experiences i’ve ever had at any restuarant. never going to this location again
