From the moment I walked in I asked where pick up was and the girl was a bit rude pointing it out. I then got home and started to eat and I knew something was off, and then I opened my sandwich and see that there’s paper in it.. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately I wanted to give this small Dunkin some business but like all other comments say the guy behind the counter is rude. I told him I was picking up so he wouldn't worry about attending me and he yells back I'm working and makes rude hand gesture.

100 degrees out today and ordered an ice coffee, mocha, light and sweet. Got an unstirred mocha that was dark and bitter.
Woman at the counter couldn't be bothered to greet me when I said hello to her and seemed inconvenienced because she was counting another register even though there were 4 people behind the counter, one of which on her phone, the other walking around eating something. I also repeatedly said thank you to her to no response.
Place sucks, don't go here. Pretty sure there's 2 other DDs nearby that are well-lit with way better atmosphere and people who are respectful and can manage to mix a coffee.
If I could give 0 stars I'd happily do it. Hope they close and something else opens.

THEY ARE ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS WHEN I ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS. This morning I didn’t get my breakfast sandwich nor my bagel. What is wrong with this people?

If I could give 0 Starz I would . Came in today at 8:00am the cashier with the RED nail polish had a slight attitude and on top of that my donuts where COLD . they where obviously not FRESH. At 8Am donuts should be FRESH. They taste like they came out of the fridge. And they just put them on the rack. Not to mention the donut has specs on it like it had fell on the dirty ground . I immediately threw the donut out and didn’t even bother to look at the 2nd one . Definitely will be calling the department of health on this location. the donuts where cold and had specs all over them . Like please do better . How is it 8am and the donuts are cold like they sat in the fridge

This place has gone downhill seriously under staffed
Pretty sure something is wrong with the cold brew here it made me feel extremely sick. I usually love this place but lately it doesn't taste the same. Doesn't even taste like coffee.
