This place has steadily been declining. It's at the point now where u pull up to the drive thru window and they haven't even BREWED the coffee you ordered. Rude service on top of it.

Very unsanitary everytime i receive my to go bag or coffee cup there are stains or dirt marks of something on the bad or coffee cup & three times already i ordered 2 donuts & they both were wet like something was spilled on it waste of money

The place is amazing I went in one time to get a coffee and a muffin and it took less then 1 minute to have my order ready and I was surprised how fast they served me and how kind the works were to everyone

I have come here THREEE TIMESSS and they gave coffee instead of cold brew!! How dumb do they think customers are? I need to report this to a higher level possibly but this is ridiculous.It seems as though this Dunkin establishment is run by the Russian Mafia trying to take money.This is the worst Dunkin establishment I've been to and I am an avid customer.

Theres always an issue with a Simple Coffee. Also Dunkins coffee is to EXPENSIVE for there poor quality..Stop saling Burned an hard muffins to folks..I dont like Out Dated Food..
Dirtiest place....dirty tables and dried coffee spills all over the floors and the bathrooms are disgusting...look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Big 5 inch gob of dried hand soap on floor and waste basket overflowing....and they can't even put the huge toilet paper roll in the dispenser. Used to be very clean. I only go there 1 or 2 times a month while passing through Hamilton and only order coffee..no food. Plus the girl on register either hates people or her job. Face will break if she smiles. My last time there. Oh and this was 9:30 am....no excuse for being that dirty so early.
