Theres always an issue with a Simple Coffee. Also Dunkins coffee is to EXPENSIVE for there poor quality..Stop saling Burned an hard muffins to folks..I dont like Out Dated Food..

Dirtiest place....dirty tables and dried coffee spills all over the floors and the bathrooms are disgusting...look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Big 5 inch gob of dried hand soap on floor and waste basket overflowing....and they can't even put the huge toilet paper roll in the dispenser. Used to be very clean. I only go there 1 or 2 times a month while passing through Hamilton and only order coffee..no food. Plus the girl on register either hates people or her job. Face will break if she smiles. My last time there. Oh and this was 9:30 am....no excuse for being that dirty so early.

I come here every once in awhile, and it disappoints every single time. The food they give you is stale or burnt, or both. Really upsetting that prices are inflating and the quality of the food doesn’t match the prices. I would recommend going to just about any other store in this plaza. Disgusting.

Every time I order a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant it is over toasted and burnt!! Same as when I order a toasted corn muffin. The muffin is always crumbled and broken up. Rarely sliced down the middle with the muffin top intact. Today was the last straw! Not going back to that location!!!
I would like them to open the doors when they state they are open. This place never opens at the same time each day. You have to bang on the door get someone's attention and then maybe they will unlock it to let you in. Not everyone can go through the drive thru.

This is the best Dunkin in a 10 mile radius.I have been coming here everyday since April and the staff have been nothing but kind, helpful, and friendly. They have treated me like a regular even though I'm not the best at making conversation and have consistently impressed me with the way they prepare my order. Other Dunkins are great, but this one is the best.

Horrible customer service, looks like employees are not trained. The screen above they heads said if you join the Dunkin’ Donuts app you get a free medium drink. I joined and the offer said you don’t need a coupon. I asked for the manager, he didn’t even know about the offer, remained clueless and proceeded to try to charge us for a FREE drink. Then took us off the line and stated that we need to make a mobile order when we was ordering with the cashier already, had to wait and start the process all over again and manager still was dumbfounded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN DONUTS TO NO ONE, LINES WERE LONG INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
