The worst dunkin in the country i have had to walk into. Im not even a customer, as a doordash driver picking up orders, the employees in the store should not be rude. They cant say hello let alone look at you. When they do its like im the bother 🤣🤣🤣 the employees should not be complaining about the customers in drive through. They forget, those people are keeping a paycheck for you. Mandi management do better.

I have been going to Dunkin Donuts for a few months and I have been dissatisfied with the way my order is not being placed the way I asked.
I always ask for a frozen hot chocolate with no whipped cream, I made sure that the worker repeats the order back to me and once the workers start preparing my drink, they always put whipped cream on the item after I said no whipped cream.
I don't understand how hard it is to make a item the way the customer requested .
Since the workers messed up my order again today, I will no longer be a customer at the Mays Landing location and I'll make sure to let everyone that I know that comes to this location that their service is very horrible.
I was not very happy today and Mays Landing Dunkin lost a customer and I won't be back there again.

Im only rating bc I have to rate to post my review. Other day 330pm went to dunking for drive thru to get coffee. 10mins later the lady finally took order for only car in front of us.... 5 mins later she took our order and was the rudest employee ever.... so we moved forward 10 ft and literally sat another 10mins before I was so annoyed that I pulled put of the drive thru without my order and left... we sat their for 25mins.... and there was my car and 1 car ahead of us..... left after that amount of time.... will never go there again.

So tired of poor service, rude employees and mistakes with orders. Guess that is the norm for this place though.

I eat lunch here because it's convenient and close by my job to walk to.. and there's iced coffee there, so that is a plus. But last time I was there one of the workers (woman wearing a light purple hijab) was yelling at another employee (young black guy) accusing him of stealing a dollar of tip money, but she MADE SURE she immediately took $5 in tip I put on the counter that I WANTED THE YOUNG MAN TO HAVE for how much work I was watching him do. While she stood in the back staring at the food heat up the guy was running back and forth to the drive thru window and to the counter taking orders from everyone and making coffee and bagging it all, by himself.. and he was so unbelievably pleasant.. so I wanted HIM to reap the benefits, but she made sure the tips where taken immediately. She made a big scene in front of me and a few other customers and he defended himself respectfully but she just kept going. She needs to go outside and touch grass and calm herself down, that young man didn't deserve any of that, I saw it all and he did not steal anything 🙄 maybe recognize him for the great work he does and the phenomenal customer service he provides.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but this particular place is awful. I’ve had multiple instances where I had to wait too long for my food and the employees here are too slow. I’m never going to this location again

Always a long wait. Super crowded today, went inside thinking it would be quicker, but had to wait 20 minutes for one breakfast sandwich. A mediocre breakfast sandwich at best. Very inconsistent, some days the cheese is just slapped on the sandwich not even melted, other times the English muffin is burnt.

Grealy improved in the past few weeks. It is busy but the girl (I assume manager/supervisor?) working in the mornings has been wonderful as well as her crew. They are a busy location but they manage it very well
Constantly overwhelmed. Staff powerless to do anything. Corporate gave up on them a long time ago.
Horrible service ended up leaving my order no one seems to know what the other one is doing
