Some of the workers are rude, not sure as to why, but I keep it friendly. The best donuts they have are all of them lol including the apple. Everybody has their days. The best part of Dunkin is their friendly staff and freshly brewed coffee.

The other day I made a mobile order. Unfortunately, I hit the prompt for hot coffee instead of iced without realizing. I explained to the worker I must’ve made a mistake on the app but I had meant to order an iced coffee. (Keep in mind I’m at this Dunkin 3-5 days a week so they know my face) The gentleman seemed willing to accommodate me, however, the lady behind him was less than nice stating that’s how I ordered it and that was that. Needless to say I ended up purchasing a second cup of coffee. Now i understand it was my mistake I accept responsibility for not paying attention, however, the attitude from staff was uncalled for and less than professional. Especially since I am always at this Dunkin. I left very disappointed and now will go out of my way to avoid that Dunkin on my way to work moving forward.

Went to drive through at 9:30am on 07/02/24 a young guy handed my hot medium coffee out the window to me and the lid he put on cup was not on correctly and it spilled all over my jeans, and inside my vehicle. It burnt my right hand. I had to ask him for napkins as he just stood there. Watch out if you order here from him. He is to fast and does not check that lids are on properly. Had to drive back home and wash my clothes.

It took them 7 mins to take my order in the drive through. Then waiting additional 6 mins to get to the window. When i approached the window they didn’t even know what I ordered. After i repeated it for the 4th time they made my coffee and said have a nice day, but was forgetting my other items. Then they proceeded to get it wrong again and hand me a cold item and got upset when it was the wrong item AGAIN. I will not be going back to this dunkin it’s extremely upsetting and it took 20 mins out of my time for a coffee and a few hash browns.
Went thru the drive thru this morning got my usual 3 glazed doughnuts a bacon egg and cheese a hash brown and sweet was yummy like always

I just wanted a coffee and stopped into the drive-through at 630. They only had 2 employees at one of the busiest times. The line didn't move for 10 minutes. I parked to go in to get the coffee, and after another 6 minutes of only one person being cared to I had to leave for work. Totally unacceptable to only have 2 employees working some of the busiest times that they would have.
