I eat lunch here because it's convenient and close by my job to walk to.. and there's iced coffee there, so that is a plus. But last time I was there one of the workers (woman wearing a light purple hijab) was yelling at another employee (young black guy) accusing him of stealing a dollar of tip money, but she MADE SURE she immediately took $5 in tip I put on the counter that I WANTED THE YOUNG MAN TO HAVE for how much work I was watching him do. Grealy improved in the past few weeks. It is busy but the girl (I assume manager/supervisor?) working in the mornings has been wonderful as well as her crew. They are a busy location but they manage it very well

Some of the workers are rude, not sure as to why, but I keep it friendly. The best donuts they have are all of them lol including the apple. Everybody has their days. The best part of Dunkin is their friendly staff and freshly brewed coffee.
