Be aware this is not a typical Dunkin store! I asked if they accept mobile app because I had a coupon that I told I would like to use. They said I could use it without telling me they do NOT grant Dunkin coupons and promotions. After I got my order, realized I got charged the full prize which is even higher than a regular Dunkin! Very misleading.

I called the corporate to share my experience and was told the Regional team would follow up. They emailed me, apologized and said they would mail a DD gift card to compensate. This was back in March and it is now Aug. Even after they asked for a 2nd address, because the card they SAID was already mailed has never showed up !?, there is still no mail! I Terrible follow up and unkept promise by their Regional team. Now, I know better and will never shop here again!

I arrived in Hamilton on a weary Sunday afternoon and felt a great deal of exhaustion. While I waited for my ride, I stopped in this small shop. I got an iced coffee and a granola bar. It's a Dunkin Donuts, so you shouldn't expect the best quality but it's right there in the train station and is very convenient.

I stood at the counter while hearing the employees discussing something loudly. They did not hear or see me. So while I stood there I placed the order through my phone app. My order was completed fast. 3 stars goes to the young man with glasses working there. He was very pleasant and provided good customer service with my order.

The Dunkin' Donuts service has good coffee, but as of July 2021, the store hasn't restored the sandwiches it used to carry. There's a large range of candies and snacks, but limited real food at the moment.

Sincere thanks to the employee at 4pm today (Sat) who graciously helped me try to find a NJTransit employee. (I had lost my phone) No luck, but he gets great credit for customer service—even though my order was 8 hrs prior.
