The workers here are so nice! This is definitely one of the better Dunkin’s in the area. My drinks are always tastier here too.

Sat at the speaker for 10 mins and no one responded. Said hello? No response. Pulled up to the window and no one came still so I just left.

horrendous service. they had to retake my order at the window and we had to repeat about 5 times over the speaker. i repeated my modifications multiple times and the still got it wrong. got charged extra for lemonade when we didn't even mention lemonade in our order. took 20 minutes to wait (2 people in front of us) and 10 minutes for 3 drinks and a snack. do not go to this location unless u have a lot of patience!

I think That they need to work in to bring better attention
Have stopped here twice since it opened. Both times they messed up the orders. Waited at the drive-thru for quite some time. They just couldn't get it right! I asked for a bagel twist not toasted or slightly toasted because they're very hard to chew. I chipped my tooth and they insisted that I take one and that they were fine. Never going there again ?

Well so much for eating on my break i guess…. This is the disgrace of a sand which i was given, two huge pieces of egg with a half a piece of bacon split into 3. This place has absolutely the slowest service out of all dunkin donuts in the surrounding area and they ripped me off. The whole staff needs to be replaced immediately!

The girl at the register The blonde one needs a reality check keep going back in forth with me just because I didn't want her compliments I appreciate the kindness but everybody doesn't want to talk in the morning that's rude then threw my change on my hand all over ...I go to this Dunkin every morning in and out and then the lady making the wake up wraps threw my wakeup wrap on the counter I am not happy

The manager here is rude and disrespectful. I asked him to help with an order that was improperly taken in by his cashier. He took money out of his cash register and refused me service! I just asked him to redo the order. There wasn’t any one behind me. This is no way to treat a customer.
