Hole in a wall place with horrible customer service no one speaks English at all food was not per quality will never go back spent $75 and the waitress stood there waiting for a tip before she charged the card and then we got a horrible stare from her when she thought we didn't tip enough tried to complain at the front and they all laughed horrible horrible place we gave amazing places to eat and this doesn't deserve a second chance at all.

The food was mediocre. The refried beans tasted like dog food. Also , they did not have queso and that is a not good. My husband and I will not be eating here again!

food was excellent but the service not so much. the waitress took a long time to come to us and when we were ready for dessert she never showed up and we just walked to the front to pay

The worst customer service I’ve seen by far. Ordered online and did not receive the entire order. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times an no on would answer. When the finally answered I was put on hold and the person hung up. I tried calling back at least 8 time and no one would answer. First and last time I would order from here just due to the lack of customer service.

Chicken was so dry is turned to powder. Took a good 30+ mins for 3 tacos... server wasn't very attentive and didn't undesirable English very well. Very disappointed

Make a long story short ordered tacos no cilantro got back home cilantro on my taco go back tell them the problem waited almost a hour for the return went back home to realize they just pluked the cilantro out gave me same cold tacos from beginning and left 2 pieces of cilantro on them ... Fukin serotes

The food was horrible the meat was expired of the tacos and the service is bad because I ordered huarache and not to fry it and they fried the huarache don’t recommend this restaurant and paid 100$ for that and the food was horrible

The food is really good, I have ordered too many time to pick up or delivery , but today I had a bad experience, I ordered to pick up but when me and my friend arrived in the restaurant to pick up the food , my friend loved the space and asked me if we can eat inside instead in my home , I said yes , let’s do it , but when I asked the cashier if we can eat inside , but I need his favor , to give us two plates, of course he said “not “ and said your guys can choose any table to eat, but your guys have to eat on containers, because we can give you the plates, my friend said I can clean the plates after, I just paid and left … sorry your guys lost one my client…. Look up the picture, I just need two plates.

The food was not great there’s no flavor on the steak I ordered Gordita’s they were so greasy the steak was so hard n when I ask the waiter for water she said no cause they don’t have cups for water what restaurant doesn’t have cups I won’t ever go there again the food doesn’t have any flavor at all

I’m a door dasher . I’ waited over 30 minutes for an order for door dash . The representatives did not care that I was waiting for such a long time . Poor customer service !

I tried to make a order over the phone the lady that picked the phone up started to speak Spanish, when I ask if I can have someone that speak English to take my order she hung up the phone. I called a second time she told only Spanish I was not able to make a meal order because I don’t speak Spanish
