My daughter ordered two drinks and asked me to pickup. I showed up after 15 mins and realized that she placed the order at a different location. I ordered the same drinks here waited and the drinks were ready in couple of minutes, I picked up the drinks and half way through I realized I didn’t pick up straws, went back and there were two more drinks there and the staff said I picked up the wrong drinks. They didn’t charge me for them thought! Felt stupid, but the staff was...
I came and ordered a very large order for takeout, and it took much shorter than I expected— the quality was still amazing! The store clerks were so friendly and didn’t even care it was such a big order, they seemed happy to make it.
just brought my daughter to the Hudson store. Friendly staff, clean store. Owner/manager in front greeting customers, talking up app and the rewards program.
will definitely be back when we shop at The Basket....
