I remember stopping here before school everyday. Back when it was Italian people's bakery. Glad they are keeping the nostalgia alive.
Not impressed with the quality of food or the employees. Prices were fair, and facility seemed to be clean.
I stopped by GuatePan hoping for breakfast, but unfortunately learned (only after arriving) around 1045-11am that this particular location doesn’t serve it. It wasn’t clearly marked anywhere on the Google maps entry, so that was a bit of a letdown. While not a total loss, the options were limited—especially if you were hoping for something savory.
That said, I gave the tres leches cake a try. At first bite, it was just okay, but as I kept going, it genuinely grew on me. By the last bite, I had to admit: I was a fan. Rich, creamy, and just the right level of sweet—definitely the highlight of the visit.
Delicious Tres leche cake!
I call ahead of time to ask if they make bread to make the (molletes) for Guatemalan torrejas. Karen took my call and say yes we do but the bread sells fast. I ask if she can put a order of the molletes for pick up, she was so nice and yes I drove 45 minutes to pick up my molletes. Gracias Karen muy amable

Delicious chapina food???
the best bread in trenton my little daughter loves guate bread
It is a bakery that is a bit expensive, the product, the papers are good, sometimes those who serve forget that they are serving the customer and are more interested in their personal conversation, but it is not everyone who works there.
Myself, my boyfriend and his sister visited this bakery about 2 weeks ago. I should have read the reviews before coming here. They don't speak English. What kind of establishment in New Jersey has employees who only speak Spanish? Maybe put that disclaimer "Spanish only" in the title of the store name. Don't come here if you do not speak Spanish.
