Staff was friendly. We went here for hot chocolate when it was super cold out. I tried ordering the caramel hot cider but they said they were out so got the regular hot chocolate. Nothing too special... it was a bit cold and the marshmallows were too big.

The ice cream was pretty decent but it’s sad that they don’t let you have sample before you decide which ice cream you wanna get. I don’t recommend their hot drink at all because it’s not served hot, it’s actually cold. Nice staff though.

The store closes at 10:30 so we were confused why the chairs were piled on the tables since it was only 9:45? My 86 year old mom loves ice cream so we stayed…what a mistake! The soft serve machines were shut down so she ordered the hard ice cream with “hot fudge” which was so cold and runny, I thought it was chocolate sauce!. She brought to the attention of the young man and he responded that they were closing soon and that’s what you get! Very rude & unprofessional in addition to the fact that the counters were sopping wet with something that smelled like dirty mop water! I think your staff needs a review in the art of customer service!

Ice cream here is always hit or miss. It is far less turnover than the Princeton location, so it'll be frozen over sometimes.
Went there today and the service was horrible. The server said they no longer provided any samples. And was very short with all the customers.
The price is now $5.50 for a scoop of ice cream, there's no kids size anymore? Not worth it for one scoop, bad service and ice cream that's frozen over.
servers were rude and unhelpful. they served ice cream that had melted and refrozen, so instead of being soft it was like eating flavored ice crystals. This has to be the worst service i ever had and would not recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere is 1 star because of the servers attitudes. I would give the whole thing 0 stars if that was possible. Save your money for somewhere with friendly service and ice cream that isn’t melted and refrozen. Smelled bad like chemicals in there- like they cleaned the place with the same mop they used in the bathroom.

Been here a bunch of times and the ice cream is great! Doesn’t taste overly creamy or sweet. No free samples in the summer which might turn off some people but honestly we haven’t been disappointed yet with anything we’ve tried
