I leave, get home and have a screwed up order. Missing veggie cream cheese i was charged extra for on certain bagels. ONE JOB. That's a rip off.

The second time they have gotten my order wrong when ordering online. I wasn’t able to get my money back through the third party vender so I called them and they said there is nothing they can do even though it was their own fault. This is a locally owned business not even a “hey come on in and we will fix your order”. Never coming back

Visited today with my wife and two kids. When I pulled in the parking lot was packed with only the spot I took open. The outside seating was full with customers as well. When I walked in, the line waiting for their orders was to the door. Having that many people at 9am on a Saturday was a good sight, even if it meant I had to wait.
I figured we would be waiting a bit for our food when we gave our order since the store was filled with customers. The lady up front was extremely polite and read back our order before confirming it and paying. I sat down expecting a long wait but the workers moved the line quickly and efficiently. We did not wait very long even with an order of of 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash-browns.
The food was delicious. The bagel was soft and warm, the eggs in all of our sandwiches were cooked perfectly and the hash brown was extremely crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our kids are picky and they ate it all up. Everything was done perfect and, for how busy the location was, I’m very impressed at the quality and short wait. The store being packed shows the quality they serve and the food backed it up. I will be coming here again whenever I’m in the area. Great job to everyone there this morning.
