I went to IHOP for national free pancake day. I would say that their water was amazing. I’d go there again!
Was there yesterday (Friday 28 Feb). We ordered online and they offer curbside pick-up. We have been to this location numerous times before and we usually dine in, but we have ordered online e to go too. The food is good, but the issue is that they order curbside pick-up and there is no curbside pick-up! Usually, when a place offers curbside pick-up there is an area designated for that, but not here! There is no signage or area designated for curbside pick-up. We have been here before, but it's been quite a while, so we figured that they fixed that issue regarding the curbside pick-up area. We actually called to see where to park and we're told to "park out front, and we'll bring it to you". the problem is that "out front" is where everyone turns into the parking lot. Also, if you park "out front", they can't see your car because the main counter in deep inside the store. We actually had to go inside to pick up our food. There was no one at the desk but our food was sitting there bagged up where anyone leaving could have just walked off with it. While the food was good, they really need to either stop claiming that they have curbside pick-up or actually designate parking spaces and put up signs for it. Definitely don't have an issue going inside to pick up my order but if you offer something, actually HAVE it.

Awful food. We took my son here for pancakes because he saw a commercial and thought the pancakes looked delicious. My husband and I remembered ihop being an enjoyable experience a few years ago so we were all excited for the experience.
The pancakes were fine.
However the biscuits and gravy were so falsely advertised on the menu it was absurd. The biscuits themselves were more like English muffins and the gravy was served in a tiny plastic cup, the consistency was of watery slime without any sausage in it and skin on top from sitting too long.
All of our eggs were served browned and cold (both scrambled and easy over). The only item of food that arrived at our table warm was my husband’s steak.
My 6yr old son enjoyed his pancakes so at least there was that. However we had to ask for butter repeatedly as they only would bring on small ball each time we asked.
Needless to say IHOP is not the enjoyable breakfast we remember.
It was alright different taste and plating from the 2 I go to over 30 years.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHOP. I ordered for take out, when I got home I realized I was missing an order of eggs. I called to let them know and also to see if I was able to come pick up the missing eggs. This ended up with the “manager” (Rodolfo) going back and forth with me, calling me a liar. He denied giving me corporates number and said it was on the back of the receipt (that was never given) All of this for 3 dollar eggs. I was willing to let go of the fact that my pancakes were burnt. This was very poor management and customer service. It’s very disheartening because I did enjoy coming in. I won’t be back ever. Merry Christmas everyone 🎄

Our server was great, he made sure to come back frequently to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Some of the new menu items were really good.

It's your run of the mill IHOP. Look is clean, atmosphere is the normal casual, relaxed, family vibe. Best thing is you are typically in and out quickly.
Service is adequate. Our server vanished, but she was sufficient for ordering and getting our food to us. My husband enjoys these pancakes over a diner because they are pretty consistent on taste. We do appreciate the fresh veggies that are available for omelets.

Food was great , did curbside also even though you set it up in app they are not setup for app pickups, you have to physically call to let them know you are there . Otherwise great place

The food was good and very filling. Lots of options (mostly breakfast) but still some variety, the staff was kind but it took a bit for us to get seated because the restaurant was entirely empty of customers at that point (8pm on a Friday). It was a nice experience for us, only diminished by the fact that they were out of Reese's Pieces, a key component to the pancake of the month that we tried to order.
Parking: There should be enough parking in their free parking lot even on a busy day.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly environment, no alcohol on the menu, very sensory friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible.

As stated in previous review by another unsatisfied customer, no one came to take my order after sitting for a while. People that arrived after me had a server at their table within minutes. Spoke to the manager and he made excuses. Will never go to this location again. This was the second time this happened. Worst IHOP I ever visited.
